Description of Work: The provider checked our A/C, found the problems and informed us of our choices. We are now in the process of getting quotes on the installation of a new A/C, which was their first suggestion.

Description of Work: We got two units tuned up for $49 each. Replacement parts were needed for a couple things, so we ordered those and the tech came out the next week to do the service. I consulted a friend who had retired from the business about the replacement parts that were recommended to us, and he agreed that they were necessary. The tech was prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain the findings to me. He was very nice to our dogs, which I always appreciate! The people I spoke to on the phone were also very nice and helpful.

Description of Work: Replace a broken wire and connection block |My first service call was to replace a broken fan motor. The eservice by Clay was impeccable accurate, quick and clean. Thus company is by far the best in this city. They are extremely responsive, courteous and considerate. I highly recommend mid State to anyone needing their kind if services.

Description of Work: The folks at MidState were nice enough. I LOVED their receptionist and felt immediately at peace every time that I called. They are extremely customer oriented. The man who came to assess our needs was EXTREMELY thorough and very personable. That said, the price was a bit high for us and we hadn't heard of the HVAC system they use. We chose another company, but they were definitely our second choice. | |I should note that after his visit to tell us about the HVAC we should purchase, we never received a follow up call. Interesting considering the fact that we were clearly going to purchase a system. Repairs weren't an option....
