I got a call that the technician could arrive early, which was great. He found the leak in my system and was able to repair the hole and recharge the system very quickly. This was a great experience, so much so, I signed up for Mid-State to become my revive provider. Very pleased with the technician’s professional and knowledgeable attention to diagnosing my system.

Fine. Three guys came out day after I signed contract for the job, got it done expeditiously. Initial evaluation of the problem (a leak) was done the same day I called, meaning that the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 72 hours. Cost $9200, which included UV light and service contract.

Very well. Had to order parts.. Young lady very nice and "up front" concerning fees .Parts ordered and received on time and repairs completed in good time. Unit working very nicely now.

Was told by Jessica (6/4/19) that they no longer do dryer vent cleaning.

I called this company for a running toilet and a second toilet that was difficult to flush in November. My condo is on the market and no one lives there. Neither of them leaked at that time. Flappers were replaced. The young man told me that chlorine tablets were not a good idea as they can cause buildup and problems. I returned to the condo last Friday evening to find BOTH toilets leaking in exactly the same spots. I tried called this company that evening but they were not open. I called Saturday morning and was told no available appointments to fix a problem they created. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would forward the message but no one would be available until Monday. So I guess I was supposed to have 2 leaking toilets through the weekend. This company is insisting that they called me back several times on Saturday which is a complete lie. I will happily share phone records for anyone wishing to see. The company is also suggesting that they are both leaking because I am using chlorine tablets. Why would anyone do so when it was explained why it was a bad idea? Lastly, this company pointed out on the google review that I only post bad reviews. That is correct. This is only the 2nd company/review I have posted. I do not have time for reviewing average companies. I save the energy for only the worst! I would not recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with Mid-State. They were prompt and courteous both on the phone and in person. Our HVAC went out late on a Wednesday, I called them the next day, had someone out to discuss our options. No pressure whatsoever to buy a new system, but we decided that's what was best given our 11 year old system that the previous homeowners had already done some repairs to. We had a brand new one completely installed by 1pm Friday. Our installer Danieal was particularity impressive--very detail oriented, and did several things I wasn't expecting based on our contract to make sure our system was running as efficiently as possible.

Great. Worked until project was finished and finished well.

One of my HVAC units needed to be recharged. The tech, Nick, came the same day I called. Our home sale inspection report indicated a couple of additional minor items needed attention. I mentioned these to Nick which he ended up performing at no charge.

It went well... We did have to have them come out twice to fix some things, but they did so quickly and without complaint.

Perfect, knowledgeable, willing to show and explain, polite, professional. Will hire again and recommended.

The repairman was very professional and respectful. He did what I asked plus informed me of what other repairs were needed. I don’t know if the costs were reasonable since I’m not familiar with such things. But I have a good feeling about this company and would definitely recommend them.

Yesterday was our first experience with Mid-State. Problems with a fairly new water heater---. (Installed by someone else). Mid-State's plumber, Patrick, was very professional. He took the time to explain, with patience, how all our concerns would be addressed. At no time did we feel pressured into unwanted or needed expenses. His work was expedient and neat. We will try their heat check-up in the Fall. JH

I can't sing the praises of Mid-State enough. So professional, friendly, & affordable. I particularly appreciated them explaining everything I needed, might need, & what was okay with my AC unit. There was absolutely no trying to 'push' me into purchasing extra services/products. These are the "good" guys rarely found today in this market - believe me, my husband and I have tried many. (I should have known this was going to be a good experience when I called & they answered with "How can we make you smile today?) 😀

The upstairs unit had shut down due to outside A/C drain being clogged with mulch. The flood control device installed earlier by Mid-State prevented a flooding disaster upstairs. Upon further examination, the technician also discovered the downstairs unit had major ice in the unit (I saw the ice myself) due to a refrigerant leak. The ice was removed, more refrigerant and refrigerant sealant were added. The unit is 12 years old, and I am aware that a new HVAC unit may be in our future. Mid-State has been our HVAC and plumbing provider for years, and their service and professionalism cannot be beat.

Mid State is a professional organization that answers the phone when you call and gets to work solving your issues. In my case, I had to call on a Sunday at 3pm. By 6pm they had a tech at my house. Simply put, I don't think most HVAC operations would be that way. While it's frustrating to have Air Conditioning units failing when they are barely 5 years old, the Mid State guys took good care of me. I'd recommend them without reservation.

The technicians showed up early, communicated clearly and were very good at presenting different options for repair. I would definitely hire Mid State again. The only reason I marked price as N/A is because they were the first company I called and I don't have any basis for comparison.

This was the second time I have used Mid-South, both with an Angie's list coupon. They are great to deal with, on time and professional. The maintenance did reveal I needed a pre-emptive repair to my 10 year old unit, but it's still running great.

Excellent work. Technician came early and was very professional. He removed the toilets and cleaned around the toilets. Installed new toilets and made sure everything was working to my expectations. Would use them again for plumbing problems. I'v been using them for my heating and air conditioning for 12 years and are very pleased with them. I highly recommend them!!
