Description of Work: Cleaned heating unit and replaced a part that was bad. They gave options of repairing or replacing and had numbers and explanations for both. Since the part was close to end of life we chose to replace it. The gentleman was very nice and professional and low pressure. Great experience.

Description of Work: I was impressed at everything they did. Luckily, our part was under warranty so they said they would take care of everything. It was great!

Description of Work: They did exactly as advertised and they did it promptly. However, as they performed the service they tried to sell me a membership and indicated I had two marginal components on my furnace that needed replacement. One of the marginal components was a motor start capacitor that did not measure in an acceptable range. They asked for nearly $200.00 to replace it. I declined then found the replacement component on the internet, purchased it for $15 and installed it myself. It became obvious that a low rate for a service call can generate a lot of profit for them by selling other services and parts at an inflated rate.

Description of Work: They actually showed up a little early but they did call first. It took about 2 hours, they vacuumed out all the vents and main truck line. The guys who did the work were very polite, nice and professional. Overall, a great experience.

Description of Work: We had our air ducts cleaned out. The men did come on time and were very accommodating. We did have to ask them to tape some loose insulation up, but other then that things went well.

Description of Work: Mid State is installing a new HVAC for the downstairs and we also were going to use this Big Deal for Air Duct Cleaning. My air duct covers are built into the hardwood floors though and can't be removed to do the cleaning. So, since they could not perform the cleaning and can't charge us for the cleaning I need to get my Big Deal refunded.

Description of Work: They came in and cleaned all duct work and return. They even checked the unit for and let me know it needed servicing. Very respectfull and deligent workers.

Description of Work: They removed the old 2 ton package unit, installed a new 2 and a half ton unit, installed a moisture barrier in the crawl space and they had to make the air return opening bigger. | I feel the price was a little high but nothing is free! And we have a unit that should last us for a long time, and if we have any trouble with it in the next 10 years they will take care of it!

Description of Work: Serviced unit. Unit was making a loud noise after service, so the owner sent someone to re-check it free ofcharge. This is a very good company and we look forward to using them in the future.

Description of Work: The next day after I purchased the deal, they said they would not honor it because I had a tenant in the property. They can't upsell to tenants I guess. I don't really see why they should not honor it simply because the tenant occupies the property, not being to upsell is not a good reason in my opinion. Oh well.
