Description of Work: They came out (3 days after the initial contact. I had to keep calling and the woman that answered was rude. They claimed it was not normal business hours but it was within the time posted on Angie's list. ) when they finally came out they made my wife feel stupid. My wife was in tears. Very unprofessional. We told them to leave. They wanted $200 additional to replace a $19 part (I ended up purchasing and installing it myself) to fix our problem. This may not be the entire company's attitude but it was enough that I'll never use them again.

Description of Work: Called first thing in the morning and they arrived by 10:30am. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I ended up needing a new capacitor for my A/C. It was about $300 but I would rather have it done correctly the first time and before the summer heat.

Description of Work: The first service that we purchased through Angie's List was duct cleaning for $249.00 (had a $5 credit for submitting a review), so total was $244.00. They were an hour late, but ran into traffic due to a problem on the interstate. Once they arrived, they put shoe covers on before entering our home. They were courteous and did a thorough job, even cleaning out our dryer vent without our asking. They also cleaned up after themselves. Always impressive to me. We asked for an estimate on adding insulation in our attic and rerouting a duct to a second floor bedroom. They added 8 inches of blown in insulation and rerouted the duct for $450.00. We have been very happy with the results and once again, shoe covers, the work and cleanup were done very well. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had a new unit installed with all new duct work including into part off the house that had no previous heat or air. They also insulated the attic. Chris, our sales person was fantastic! The guys that did the installation could not have been nicer or more professional. I would recommend mid state to anyone!

Description of Work: My house was cold even though heat was on. They came out same day I called for service. It was something minor and the technician took care of it right away. I used a coupon from Angie's List and it covered the cost.

Description of Work: My heat was failing sporadically. They replaced a part that was failing, but a day later, the problem returned. On the second visit, the technician discovered that the primRy control board was flaky and needed to be replaced. They were able to fetch one from their warehouse and were able to replace it the same day. I was not charged for the repeat visits due to their policy of "fix it right the first time or it's free" policy.
