Description of Work: They cleaned the ducts. They got out a lot of stuff left in the ducts from a renovation project so it was definitely worth having this done. They showed up promptly, worked efficiently and were very polite.

Description of Work: We went thru two other service companies trying to get a duct work solution for air that was not being distributed evenly. Mid-State finally fixed our problem.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. We used a Big Deal to have them check out our furnace. The technician was friendly, courteous and patient as he explained and answered my many questions. He made some recommendations that would cost us to address, but he said they weren't time sensitive and he wasn't interested in selling/pushing anything. It really was clearly informational. The folks who set up the appointment and gave the reminder call were super friendly. We got a follow-up quality control/feedback call that was nice and quick. I will most definitely be using them again. The one complaint I have is that our technician was early!

Description of Work: They checked my unit and said I needed a new part. The part was under warranty but the labor would cost $1400. Had a competitor come out and check the issue. They said that there was no issue with any parts and the AC was just over pressurized. $75 fix. My unit works great. I almost paid these guys $1400 to fix something that was not broken. | |Also I should point out that I called around and every other repair place would have charged $500 for the same service.

Description of Work: Mid State has been wonderful to deal with. They have installed mold/bacteria equipment in our unit which has eliminated mold that had started to grow and has done so much to reduce dust & pollen in the house. They are very professional & courteous and are mindful of tracking in dirt and cleaning up after they complete their work.

Description of Work: I purchased the Deal as Mid State indicated they were part of SCORE. I did not use them because they were not part of the TBA SCORE program and I subsequently received a refund for the Deal.
