Description of Work: Heat exchanger and evaporator blower motor were both shot on my 20 year old gas furnace. But rather that being forced to replace the entire unit like I was told to do by Hiller Plumbing, the fine folks at Mid-State got the right parts and had it up and running great in a few days. They are great folks and very honest.

Description of Work: Mid-South was the third company to come out and give an estimate. They were, by far, the most professional and thorough with telling us exactly what to expect and that was exactly what we received. They even went over our expectations by increasing the size of one of our vents because the builder did not put in the correct size for the square footage. Awesome service!!

Description of Work: Mid State responded right away to my call. They sent a technician to determine what the problem was with my HVAC system. The tech was informative and took the time to show me exactly what the problem was. Unfortunately, I ended up needing a new HVAC system. Given the impending poor weather their install manager called me ahead of time to advise of a realistic time that the installation would ocurr. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy that I chose to use Mid State.
