I was not impressed
Description of Work: I purchased tuneup that included air conditioning and freon. None was added nor did they service or clean air conditioning unit. Said they don't do that this time of year. Also paid 69$ but a week later deal was 49$ so felt like I was taken advantage of. He said I needed a new battery thing for voltage and charged me over 200$ which would have been fine but after I checked around he charged me 35$ more than other companies. I will not be using them anymore

Description of Work: I have been a Mid-State Air customer for several years. Their professionalism and knowledge of heating, air, and plumbing systems is the best I have found in my many years in the Franklin/Nashville area. I live in Westhaven in the Franklin area now. I recently had a major plumbing problem that the owner of the company personally monitored to assure my satisfaction. He called me several times to make sure everything was handled as I wanted. I have referred Mid-State Air to my neighbors, family, and friends.
