well except unit broken from factory had to come again to repair

It went great. The guys were pros and did the job in a timely manner.

Job was install as described by two techs on time. System did need to be tweeted about a week later and MId-State was right on it. Mid-State installed my heating and air system when I first built my current home in 1999. They have always perform schedule maintenance. Would not have anyone else do the work.

Very well. I also signed up for twice annual checkups of my heating/cooling system.

They worked diligently and efficiently from the time they arrived until the new unit was working. They explained how it worked to me and showed me what to do. They were neat and cleaned up all areas. Everything worked well after they finished.

tech had to return because they kept off. he had to remove them because of air flow problem. even though they fit our fireplace, they were still to large to work with natural gas.

good. the service man was professional and very nice to talk with.

I can't really speak of services due to them not being performed(Not the fault of the company). I had a tune up done because I wanted the pilot re-lit on my furnace. The technician was really professional and punctual. He was able to see that my furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and some other issues. As a result he was not able to perform the tune up. He seemed to very knowledgeable and found things that were not found during the last tune up.The company was very responsive as well and sent me an email immediately after purchasing the deal to try and schedule appointment.I feel that I would use the company again if I needed too.

Very fast response. Arrived as scheduled second day after the call. Would have repaired it the same day but it was a Sunday and Technician did not have the part on his truck. Was repaired the next day. Excellent service!

The Mid-state technician arrived on time and crawled under the house and in the attic to ensure that all was fine. He found a few items that required fine tuning and convinced me to sign up for the twice yearly check up, which given the Nashville climate, seems like a good investment.

Service was what I hoped for and expected. Technician listened to my concerns and provided what I think to be reliable answered and opinions about my system.

They showed up on time, fixed the problem, and explained what was going on. Perfect.

He said that the serge protector was missing and it was quite expensive. My problem with them, if I gave a review on them this time. They have been out here twice and they have found a reason for me to spend a lot of money now it may be that I needed too but they sure are looking for things to replace which I did because the previous owner did not take very good care of the house. They did a decent job. Putting on some parts that had been ordered.

Excellent! Jim Reisel was punctual, efficient and very detailed in his explanations of the procedure. I was so impressed I signed up for the Comfort Club as well for biannual tuneups.

Pleased with all work. MidState was upfront with pricing so I could decide which jobs to do now & which I could do later.

As always, they were prompt, polite, and professional. I highly recommend them. I pay for the annual membership which includes 2 HVAC cleaning/inspection visits (1 in the spring, 1 in the fall) and 1 annual plumbing inspection (work into your schedule). Unlike other companies I have used, Mid-State ALWAYS calls me to remind me when it's time for a membership service to be scheduled (love that!). The membership also gives me discounts on additional hardware and services which are all on menu style set prices so there's never a surprise and you can budget towards a future need, like a permanent filter add-on.

Appointment ran an hour late but it turned out good.

Very reliable and punctual with appointments. Informative service calls has both of my systems running well most of the time except when my upstairs blower unit went bad. They correctly identified the issue, but the first replacement motor was either defective or installed incorrectly. On second call I pointed out the low flow of air, but technician thought that was normal. After a couple of rather warm evenings we had another tech come out. He said the blower that was installed was not working correctly and corrected the issue. No problems since the repair.

so-so -- one guy was not professional; the next guy was very much so.

Not sure how long the work took to complete, because I had to leave for work. I trust them.

Jim provided great service and was very communicative about what he found and what his recommendations were. We had a very helpful discussion about all of our options and Jim was able to answer all of our questions. Though unfortunately our next plan is to replace our unit, Jim was able to set us up with a representative from Mid State to start that process within just a few days.
