Description of Work: They fixed my roof.

Description of Work: I spent over $600 to replace windows in my upstairs. The Windows arrived and were inspected. The inspector gave a thumbs up that everything looked good. I didn't pay attention to the screens until a family member came over and brought it to my attention. Two of the windows had flaws. Openings that would allow bugs to enter the house. A new set was made to replace the screens. The new set of screens didn't fit. The third set was made. The third set fits. However if I were to remove the screens to add an air conditioner I would never be able to put the screens back. You need to use needle nose pliers and a lot of struggle. The contractor put in the new screens. I then noticed a third screen that needs to be replaced. Is this normal. I waited 10 years to get new windows. While awaiting for the replacement screens, most of the summer came and went. I wasn't able to open my windows to let in fresh air. I called Lowes and explained how I wasn't very happy with the experience I had with the new windows. They did apologize. However an apology just didn't seem enough. I asked them what they can do to keep me as a customer. They didn't care if I was a customer or not a customer. I am kind of hurt. All I did was go to Lowes to get replacement windows. I feel a company like Lowes should be more contentious and have more pride in the quality of work they provide to their customer. Writing this email brings back a flow of emotions again. The experience was very emotional and I expected better from a big company like Lowes. This is the kind of work you would expect from a someone working from the back of a truck.
