We service Cumberland County and the surrounding area with exceptional quality and unmatched pricing. Our technicians and Install crew are EPA and NATE certified. Because of this we won the Angie's List Super Service Award in 2012! We offer all HVAC needs including, but not limited to Service of all makes and models, Installation of residential and light commercial systems, maintenance plans customized to each individual need, Duct cleaning, and Air Quality products. We have 24-hour emergency service, 7 days a week, as well as same day service. Our doors are open Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm for customer convenience. We love to see our customers stop by our office, so that we may be able to have a more personal experience with them. When we schedule you for any of your needs, our friendly staff will give you an exact time you can expect someone to be at your house, so that you may be able to plan your day accordingly, and not be waiting. If we will be early or late, we will call you and let you know. This is one of the things that makes us different than our competitors. We know you have other things you may need to do, and do not want to keep you waiting. We give Up-front, flat rate pricing, so that you are not left guessing what the total will be. No Surprises! Our residential installations come with a worry free 10 year Parts AND Labor warranty. The interview went fine.
Description of Work: Crossville Htg. & Cooling sent out a representative to give us an estimate on replacing our heating/air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, however, their prices were higher than two other companies we contacted.
