This group of people do an amazing job. They are very conscientious, professional, responsive to you desires, and are extremely professional. I have had them for a good length of time, and I have been extremely pleased. They are also responsive to you having to live and move around in the house while they are cleaning. They even have a checklist that the team individually checks assuring they have done their assigned task. At the bottom is space for customers' comments. I would definitely recommend Pristine Clean and cannot stress that highly enough.

They were fantastic! On time, efficient and did a beautiful job. They don't waste any time and were very fast. I am so pleased at how organized my closets are and how well these ladies worked in my home. I have future projects down the road for them.

When they first came to check out my house, they were a little late because of storms in the area but notified me quickly about the delay. At the first cleaning, they arrived on time and went to work quickly. There were six people in the crew, and I was impressed with the pleasant way they interacted with each other. The owner of the company worked with them and coordinated everything. They were quiet and efficient, they had the right equipment, and they respected my preferences about how to clean. This was just the first time, but I am hoping future cleanings will be just like this one.

I needed someone to do light housekeeping for me, kitchen, baths, vacuuming dusting, etc. The Pristine crew (6 People) come for one hour (six man hours) every two weeks. They work steadily and are very pleasant. They come within a two hour or so range but I have come to feel comfortable about not being here when they are working.

They have a big crew of people, so they are able to finish much faster with everyone splitting up the duties. They were very professional, and very reasonably priced. I did once ask them to do a deep cleaning for the entire house, and they did a great job for a reasonable price as well.

Best overall experience with a company that I found on Angie's List! Krissy and her staff completed a task that I had been dreading and putting off... downsizing and preparing to leave my home after 15 years. Pristine Clean and Organizational services removed everything from my house that I did not indicate would need to stay. The task was a very physical and fragile one. All my items were moved to my garage to prepare the garage sale and it is obvious that my items were handled with care. Krissy kept me updated on my cell phone to the progress which helped me emotionally stay attached without being there. Pristine Clean is simply put the best service I have ever hired. Krissy returned my inquiry the day I submitted it, set up an appointment, met with me at my home to give me an estimate and details about her service and 4 days later the ball was rolling and she worked around and within my busy schedule. One additional thing as a customer you should know... she is honest and upfront. She says what she means and does what she says! I would highly recommend Pristine Clean to anyone that needs help organizing and clearing out the clutter. The burden she has removed from my shoulders is priceless! I am looking forward to having another round of purging. Never thought I would say that.. and having Pristine Clean give me a deep cleaning of my home before I put it on the market. I feel confident that with Krissy's service and commitment I will sell my items for the best price and I will be able to move forward with my to-do lists prior to the listing of my home. I will use her service again for sure and will consider her and her staff in the highest regard - family!

Overall they were great! From my initial contact they responded quickly and were able to get me in next day! They were reall professionally and for the price you definitely can't beat services!

In approximately November of 2012 I contacted Pristine Clean as a result of an Angie's List search. I was contacted by a Kristine, and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The day of the estimate Kristine was running behind schedule (perfectly acceptable). We exchanged voicemails. Her proposed time for rescheduling later in the afternoon was a conflict for me, and I responded that end of day would be best for me. Since we were exchanging voicemails, I indicated that if that time was acceptable, she could just show up without confirming. Otherwise, a call back to reschedule altogether was fine as well. I never did receive a callback at all. Since I was in no rush and I knew the upcoming holidays were probably creating hectic schedules, I did nothing. In January, I reached out to Pristine Clean once again at their general number, versus Kristine's number. I indicated I was interested in an estimate and left my contact information. I assumed (hoped) with the holidays in the past, I would get a better response. I still have not heard from them. Perhaps, Pristine Clean treats their clients extremely well. I cannot say, because I've never had the opportunity to be one of their clients.

Like a previous reviewer, we had almost given up on housecleaning companies after trying several in Memphis. We have an old midtown home that has a lot of nooks and crannies and cracks and creases that gather dust and the companies we have tried just didn't have the attention to detail that we would've liked (we are by no means clean-freaks). After reading the reviews of Pristine Clean on Angie's List, we decided to give them a shot and are so glad we did! It took a bit of phone tag to schedule an appointment, but Krissy is great about returning calls. I called around the beginning of December and thought it would be hard to get a new client appointment right before the holidays, but we were able to schedule Dec. 20th with no problem. Krissy and her army of housekeepers (I think there were 8 people in all) showed up on time and did more in 1 hour than other companies have done in 4 hours! They even emptied all the trash cans! Krissy makes her own all-purpose cleaner that smells great and is non-toxic. They are also very pet-friendly - our dog seemed quite satisfied with the number of belly rubs he received. I believe they charge based on square-footage, but Krissy came by a couple of weeks before our appointment to give us an estimate. For 1400-1500 square feet we were charged $150 for the first clean and were quoted $100 for subsequent cleans if we schedule every 2 weeks. We got the standard cleaning services, but they also offer deep-clean services that include light fixtures, ceiling fans, base boards, etc. for an additional fee. This was our first time using Pristine Clean, and based on their performance today I would highly recommend Krissy and her team. We have another appointment in 2 weeks. Assuming the rest of their cleans are as good as their first, they have a new loyal customer!

Krissy and her crew were professional, competent, pleasant and quick. We did a whole house walk through when they were done and they fixed, or redid anything I wasn't completely satisfied with.

I found this company on Angie's list, and after contacting them and several others I decided to use them. They arrived on time, had all of their own equipment and supplies (which are eco-friendly), and set to work. The first time there were four people and they finished in just over an hour, the second time there were seven on the crew and they finished in half an hour. I felt the price was fair, and will use them again.

Went very well. The cleanin team is huge which can be good for time efficiency but a few too many people for me. They are a good company to use though. The owner is very professional and gives a fair price for everything that is done.

These people REALLY know how to clean a house! We previously had tried all of the "big name" housecleaning companies and had given up on cleaning services. We found Pristine Clean on Angie's List and are very happy with their work. Krissy is the undisputed 'Queen of the Glass Shower Doors!' The team is friendly, punctual, and obsessed with doing a great job. The house smelled so fresh when they were done. I would HIGHLY recommend Pristine Clean. We will definitely use them again.

All I can say is that my condo has NEVER looked better! I e-mailed Pristine Clean on a Monday, and someone called me within an hour. They even set it up so that they could come in and clean my messy condo before my mom came to town (wahoo!). I started to list everything they did for me, but that would take too much time! I can't think of anything they didn't do. I absolutely recommend them to anyone/everyone. They are quick and detail oriented (my light bulbs are even dusted!!!).

They did a wonderful job, and were very responsive and professional! We had some scheduling conflicts (on our end), and they worked their schedule around ours to make it work. So very nice!!!

They are very good. They adjusted the price substantially to meet my needs. They are very pleasant. They did a fantastic job for what I paid them. They cleaned all the things.

They were very good. I had plans to start using them. However my husband fell and wound up in the hospital. He had surgery and got real sick after the surgery. I never was able to use them. She was really very reasonable. However, we can't afford it now. Christy was the lady whom I spoke with. She was very nice. I asked her at the end of the interview if they offered senior discount. She said that she loved her senior customers. She offered me a good discount like $10 or $15 off, which was quite a bit. I was extremely impressed with that. I wanted someone to mainly do the floors and maybe the bathrooms. That was all I wanted. She was very understanding about that. Though I keep a clean home, I have trouble keeping the floors clean. I have my grandchildren who bring in lot of mud and dirt when they come here. She was very friendly and just very up to whatever I needed her to do. She fit me in a time real soon. She had a cancellation and was going to come on a Tuesday and my husband fell on Monday. I hated having to call her at the last minute. She was very nice about it. She was wonderful.

FANTASTIC team. The crew arrived to a house full of boxes and two days later everything (!) was unpacked, put away in closets and drawers, and kitchens and bathrooms were clean. I was amazed at the professionalism and work ethic of these women, Rome could have been built in a day if Pristine Clean and Organizational Services was on the job. I am now using them for cleaning services weekly and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.

It was a perfect experience. No problems, just a clean and neat house.
