The team was very nice and organized. Good Cleaning.

All three girls arrived on time both times and went straight to work. My husband and I work most of our time during the day with a two year old plus animals. Needless to say the house was a mess. They never once made me feel the house was a disaster area, although it was. Extremely professional women. At one point one of the girls brought me 25 dollars that she found somewhere. I would have never known otherwise. I would highly recommend Krissy and her team.

Everything went very well. They came in with a crew and were through in about 1-2 hours. Have tried multiple cleaning services and these ladies are top notch A++++ Providers.

I have never written a review and thought it was important for those looking for a housecleaning service to write. I have used several cleaning services and this is absolutely the best housecleaning service I have ever used. They came in with the crew, started working and moved and finished quickly and efficiently. I was more than please with the outcome of their service. The house smelled and looked and "felt" clean. I have hired them to come on a regular basis and will look forward to having them every time they come. if you are looking for a service, you will want to call them.

The professionals at Pristine Clean were fabulous! At first I was a bit put-off by the idea of several people coming to clean at one time, but the number is an absolute advantage. They came in and went right to work in their specific areas. In an hour and a half my home was clean. It felt and looked wonderful. I had tried a different business prior to Prisine Clean thinking that I would prefer to have one person rather than several. This person had to be told exactly what to do and had no initiative. She was at my home for several hours and even felt the need to come talk with me about personal things for significant periods of time. Disaster... my home was not clean, I was exhausted and exasperated and my day was gone! The Pristine Clean team was so friendly. They loved my dog and she loved them. They made it a point to explain things to me and show me some trouble spots, as well as offered advice on how to eliminate or reduce problems. If you hire them to clean your home, be advised that this professional company is not a maid service, but a cleaning service. It is in your best interest to have as much picked-up and put away as possible so they can do what you hire them to do - clean. Extremely pleased with their performance and highly recommend them.

I would never use this company again. Their cleaning is mediocre at best. It doesn't take a genius to realize that when they clean a three bedroom, three bathroom 2400 square-foot home in 30 minutes they don't care. They have continually left lights on. The worst part is they have little to no disregard for my pet and closed doors trapping my cat in the closet for over 12 hours on two separate occasions. I would look elsewhere for a reputable company that cares about their clients.

They are professional and friendly. They work in large groups and each person is responsible for different parts of the house. They work efficiently and are throrough. They are in and out very quickly and even vacuum themselves out the door. They are the best cleaning service I've ever used.

Pristine Clean is wonderful! They cleaned our 4000 sqft home more quickly and thoroughly than any service we have ever used. The entire team is friendly and polite and they obviously enjoy working together. It was pleasure to have them in our home. Our dogs would have written this review if we hadn't - the entire team petted, played and loved on all of them! They cleaned our home in an hour and half and missed nothing. So pleased to have found them!

It went well--a team of two working with me for three hours. The whole contact was professional and pleasant, and the team sent to me was pleasant and easy to work with--very adaptable and flexible in adjusting quickly to me and this particular room and its many problems.

The goal of this company is to clean as many houses in one day as possible. This is evident by the young staff and chaotic nature of their service. We used them for 6 weeks and became increasingly less satisfied with the results. If you do hire them ask about their "rules". They refused to clean ceiling fans and the room where the cat's litter box was located. They also do not clean kitchen sinks if their are any dishes in them, even a couple... Seriously? Because they use 3 or 4 cleaners it's very inconsistent as one may clean one room well and the others not so much. We've since hired an independent cleaner who takes pride in her work, who takes her time and does a great job. She even cleans the sink even when their is a dish or two in it!

These ladies clean my very large house every other week, and do an exceptional job at a very reasonable price. I feel so very blessed that I was able to find them through Angie's List, and that they had a spot for me. My house sparkles when they finish, and smells delicious.

They are very punctual, very professional, they are always on time, do a great job, and are in and out within 4 hours. There is a crew of about 4 people and they are very pleasant to work with. They are great to communicate with, whether by text, phone, or email. I am very pleased with them and have been using them for about 6 months.

Too many people - it just felt terribly chaotic - ant totally out of control. BUT the house was clean!

It was great. There were 3 very capable women that worked very well together.They worked at a steady pace and were easy to get along with. Also got along well with each other.Got a lot done in a timely matter. Will have them again.

They are awesome. Five or six of them come at a time to clean our home and they are always on time. They are immaculate. They are in and out. They are friendly and they know what they are doing. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

I called Pristine Clean and left them a message to say I was relocating to Memphis and needed a cleaning service, I left my name and number but did not hear from them. When I arrived in Memphis I called them again, and again left my name and number and said it was the second time I called them. I have a British accent so I make sure that I enunciate my phone number clearly at least twice, so people will understand, still no call back and I have gone with another cleaning service. Very disappointing!

I highly recommend these folks. You get a value for the work performed!

This company is wonderful. Over two "4 hour" working days, PC brought order back to my home. And more importantly, sanity back to my life. The consultation was very thorough and professional. And the work they did was excellent...above and beyond effort in every room. PC will definitely be asked back to perform their magic!

Krissy and her team are fan-freakin-tastic! First, they're the kind of people you feel 100% comfortable letting in your home while you're not around. I was concerned about that, and within the first 30 seconds of meeting Krissy, I knew she was a keeper. Second, they're animal lovers! I fully expected to have to take my dogs to daycare on cleaning days, but Krissy said that was not necessary. When they came by to do my estimate, they loved on my dogs and my cat and said there was no reason to take them away from the house on their account. I knew that my house needed some hardcore TLC because it hadn't gotten any in a long, looonnng time. Heck, with the hours that I had been working, it hadn't gotten any care at all, much less tender or loving. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I told her that I thought I just needed an overhaul and then maintenance. She signed me up for a deep clean and returns for basic cleaning on a bi-weekly basis. She gave me a discount on the deep cleaning because I found them on Angie's List, too. On the day of my deep cleaning, I picked up everything in my house like she'd recommend, but I worried all morning about whether my one dog, who is very skittish, had given them any trouble. What if he bit one of them, thinking that he was protecting the house? What if he wouldn't even let them into the house at all? So, I gave in and ran home at lunchtime to make sure that he wasn't causing problems for them. I felt bad interrupting their work, and I didn't want them to think that I was checking up on them. I shouldn't have worried about anything at all, though, because all six of the team members were super nice, and one of her team members said that my scaredy dog had let her love on him, even! While I was there, Krissy gave me the tour of their progress, and I was super impressed. When I got home that night, I walked through my house once more to just enjoy that fresh start feeling. There wasn't a spot of dirt in my house. Everything from the ceiling fan blades to the window blinds to the baseboards was spotless. IT. WAS. AWESOME!! That night, I had a visitor, and she raved about how great my house looked and how fabulous it smelled. I wasn't readily offering the fact that I couldn't claim any credit for its state at first. Finally, after commenting on how good it smelled for the fourth or fifth time, she asked me point blank, "What do you use?" And I said, "Pristine Clean." :) Last but not least, let me mention the cost. It's based on the size of your house, so I paid about $400 for the deep clean, plus tip, and for the basic service, I pay $100 plus tip. I didn't really comparison shop, so I don't know if that's average or not, but it seems like a reasonable price to me. I told a coworker how much I paid for the deep cleaning and how much I pay for each basic cleaning, and he balked, saying that he wanted to pay somebody no more than $60 to clean his house. However, if you think about what it takes to run a small business, cheaper services will use cheaper products and will have to work faster and/or with fewer people in order to actually turn a profit or break even, at least. In other words, you get what you pay for, and I'm willing to pay for quality. Pristine Clean offers exceptional service performed by personable, trust-inspiring, scaredy-dog-loving professionals. Worth every penny.

I was very happy with the house after Pristine Clean was finished. The previous owners had not done any deep cleaning in a while, so there was a lot of dirt and dust after the furniture was moved out. The bathrooms were like new and the floors were very clean. Krissy even sent an email while they were there to let me know of some issues they had found and when they would be finished. I would definitely use the services again, and recommend Pristine Clean.

Krissy and her team are wonderful! They arrive on time and get right to work. Each team member handles a different room and so they are done quickly. I have a new baby and the staff is very flexible when the babe is sleeping. They are careful not to be too loud around the nursery. They are very considerate! They finish their work in about 45 minutes and then Krissy inspects the house to make sure no spots were missed. My kitchen has never been so shiny. The price is reasonable and they come every other week for me. I look forward to their speedy and considerate service!
