Description of Work: Replaced a pool heater, pool light, added a wi fi set up for remote control of pool functions, and cleaned the rest of the leaves out of the pool. From the scheduling with Pam, to talking with Sergio, everything went well. We will also add them as our regular pool service for a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: After our regular service quit coming, we were left with a pool full of leaves, no cover and dark green. Pool Sharks came gave an estimate, measured and ordered a new permanent cover, and cleaned up our pool. The cover looks great and the pool is shut down for the winter.

Description of Work: Pool Sharks has been taking care of my pool for this season and last. As described above, Jack Cantrell and his crew are top-notch. The company makes customer satisfaction a priority. I have enjoyed interacting with Jack and all of his people no matter what the circumstances. Highly recommended on my behalf.

Description of Work: I went to one of the largest pool companies in Memphis, didn't plan to get another bid. I had used them previously, they after a month still wouldn't provide a quote. I was told that Pool Sharks would do what they told you they would do. They came quickly, quoted and started the project. Our pool was 40 years old and needed a lot of work, they changed the depth, the old step on the side were eliminated and replaced with 16' of steps across the end, an extra skimmer and 2 returns were added, 2 returns were added, a Polaris was added, 2 bottom drains were added, a light was installed, the pool was converted to salt, a 400,000btu heater was installed, a hot tub that overflowed into the pool was added, all new concrete decking and great brickwork. Over a 1,000 feet of pipe. This was a big project and executed flawlessly in a year that was tough for pool installers. Our yard had a new sprinkler system and all new sod a year before this project, obviously there was damage, but 2 months later if you visited you would not know there had been any damage. They fixed everything. We have lived in this house since 2,000 and never have we, our kids and grand kids ever enjoyed a pool so much. At the writing of this review we are still enjoying a 85 degree swim and a relaxing sleep after a hot tub visit each night. This is the best money we have ever spent. Jack and his staff are a pleasure to deal with and they now have a retail store near us in Germantown. One last note, our maintenance time and expense have dropped unbelievably. I once had a boss that said I don't want labor pains, just babies. If you want a great pool and little pain, call Pool Sharks.

Description of Work: I just wanted to share my experience with this company. I met with jack about some issues with my pool. I thought that it would cost me a small fortune to fix everything. Jack told me some easy fixes and what I really needed to do that I could do myself. He could have told me that I needed to do a million things to my pool that would have cost me a bundle, but he did the professional and honest thing. In the future I will absolutely call pool sharks again. It's such a rare thing to experience professionalism, but honesty as well. Chris

Description of Work: Excellent pool resurfacing job at the best price after 3 bids. Jack kept me informed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: The pool company installed a new motor to my in ground pool. They also maintain my pool on a weekly basis and they charge forty dollars for each visit. They clean it, check the chemical balance and do any minor repairs if needed.
