They consistently show up, on time, do their service routine without supervision and are cordial when I see them. It’s wonderful to be able to reach a human being in short order if I have questions or need something.

One week later and receiving an invoice for two visits, I still do not have usable pool. Work was done on last Satursday and was asked to pay for additional visit to finish and have a clear water useable pool. We agreed. But even after that follow up visit work was not completed. Pump settings were not configured, Polaris vaccum was not hooked up. Even after multiple calls, no one showed up at our house to complete the vacuuming of the pool and getting pool swim ready. I received an invoice for services and all the chemicals added but I still do not have a pool that I can use. When a company says that they open the pool I expect them to open it and bring it to a condition that customers can use. Not wait for follow up after follow up and pay for services that don't bear result.

Great. The crew came and did the work in a quiet and clean fashion. They cleaned up after the job was complete. They filled pool and came for a couple of weeks after to ensure salt/chemicals/pump etc. were at correct levels and working properly. They even ensured that the pool fence was properly shut when they left every day. We did not want to have to spend this, but it was necessary since the tiles and plaster were literally falling in the pool. We got three quotes. Pool Sharks had the best price though they were all close, but the added perk of them coming and caring for the pool after the job was the deciding factor. Very professional.

Awesome! Jack Cantrell with Pool Sharks was outstanding to work with! He and his crew did a wonderful job and was able to make it work to a very tight schedule we had for a July 4 event. The more I talked to Jack the more I appreciated him and his professionalism and customer-centric approach to doing business! His pricing was very competitive. There would be absolutely no hesitation from my side to use Jack and his team again. If there was an A ++ rating, I would give it to them. One of the best contractors of any type with whom I have worked!

I contacted three companies, including Pool Sharks, Inc., to come to my home and give me an estimate to install a safety cover over my pool. Pool Sharks sent their very polite and professional representative, Sergio, the following day. All three estimates that we received from the companies we contacted were very close in cost. I ultimately chose another firm, the one that normally does our annual opening/closing and maintenance. Although I cannot evaluate Pool Sharks on how well they might have done the job, I applaud them for their fast response and competitive estimate.

:After going through two different pool service companies I did not have any high expectations -- these previous companies gave me contradictory information on how to properly maintain my pool etc. Through Angies list i found pool sharks. I finally found someone that: a) Is a profesional and knows exactly what they are talking about b) cares about customer service. We started with the liner, we bought a house and the liner was approximately 10 years old so it was time for a replacement. Our pool is a regular rectangular shaped pool with ladders, it did not have any steps, something that can be an issue if you have older people visiting or younger children. We decided to install wedding cake shaped steps in the shallow end and remove the ladder on that side that happened to be installed right on top of one of our jets. We decided to go with the 27mil liner, which is a little more expensive but thicker, less likely to have leaks. The installation went flawlessly, all his workers were very polite. Jack the owner came to check on the progress multiple times. I was told by a previous pool company that our pool did not have enough circulation and that we needed to change the pump etc etc. Pool sharks fixed my jets when they replaced the liner and now they are super strong. Plenty of circulation. Total cost 3700$ After we were done with the liner, we decided to go ahead and convert to salt since we were spending a fortune in chemicals. We went through a little bit of a hiccup on this one, but Jack was quick to correct this. The two installers showed up late, were not very personable, left without telling me, and when I went to check on the installation, the salt cell was leaking all over the place. I immediately contacted Jack, and first thing in the morning the next day Sergio came over to correct whatever happened. Everything was fixed and now I do not have to spend a fortune in chemicals. 1700$ After a few weeks passed we noticed our pool level was getting too low. Again we contacted pool sharks and they came to the rescue. They were able to locate a leak in one of the return jets by using this giant stethoscope and doing something with the pump. They had to bust through our concrete and patch it up again. They located the leak, fixed it and repaired the concrete. 1500$. After much renovations and updates, we are able to enjoy our pool without it being a hassle. Everything works and the salt system really makes a difference when it comes to maintenance. Everybody comments on how nice the pool looks. I will never use another pool company. I will definitely use them when it is time to close the pool. Other conveniences/perks/pros that I love: 1. Jack always checks and responds via email -- no need to be calling all the time. 2. They have an electronic payment system (no need to mail checks etc) 3. The ladies that work at the office are very polite and nice 4. Sergio is top of the line (Jacks right hand man from what I understand) 5. His workers overall are excellent 6. Jack checks on installations etc to make sure everything is up to par. The one time I had a complaint he handled it quick and efficiently. 7. They know what they are talking about and will not try to sell you things you do not need.

I have used them for my pool service also. I thought they did a good job in putting a new liner in the pool.

Work was a bit late getting started due to delivery of steps; once steps arrived work proceeded very well. There is a small leak on the waste side of the new filter piping but it has been noted and will be fixed shortly. The pump switch was not working right and the replace a switch I furnished at no additional cost to me. Jack and his crew did a great job getting the work done during some rainy days. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work.

They were very good. Arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned, and gave my son some tips on what to do for minor fixes after we parted ways. Very reliable as well.

Jack Cantrell went above and beyond to help us! He personally called me to ask about what we needed to have done and gave me his cell phone number. A short time later and before the scheduled appointment a hose popped off and I couldn't get it reconnected. Water was leaking out of the pool very quickly and flooding our yard!! I texted Jack and he responded within a half hour. Within an hour he personally came to our home and temporarily fixed the hose until his crew could get here. I was impressed with both of the crews that I met as they arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job.

They were very professional. My pool was low on water so they had to come a couple of days later to finish the job. We had a bday party scheduled for that Sat., so I was worried. I was at work when the job was completed and the pool looked amazing! I did have a billing concern after the job was completed- but I was SO impressed with the response that was given, I will totally use them again! They are by far the BEST company I have ever worked with.

I think they are going to do the weekly maintenance so I haven't received a bill yet. I called them one day and they came immediately the next day. They are punctual. It wasn't easy to get it opened. They are very knowledgeable and they told me every step of the way how long it was going to take. They made sure I knew how to use all the equipment. They had put a new system on part of it so they reminded me how it worked and what to do. They are really good. The office staff is very nice and polite. They sent a message to the workers. The youngsters knew what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt and professional in their communication and in estimating the cost of the job. They were also flexible with our schedule.

I would absolutely, positively use pool sharks again. I am so pleased with our choice. We had several companies give us a quote on a pool renovation. Pool sharks was comparable to the other quotes. The 2 big parts of the experience that made it great - quality work and excellent communication. Jack did a great job at letting us know when the work would start, how the project was going, if any problems were found - he let us know, made suggestions, and informed us of the cost before he did the repair. The pool looks amazing - the tile work and resurfacing were great. The pool is finally not losing water thanks to new skimmers and resurfacing. Plus, we had a fountain feature that was a mess that Jack and his crew have made lovely and functional! We are just so pleased with the work that was done. We have also switched our regular cleaning service to this company. You cannot go wrong with Pool Sharks.

Reliable company. Jack (the owner) is very friendly and responsive in providing details of proposed work, an accurate estimate, and time frame for completion. Recent plumbing work was flawless. The most impressive interaction I've had with Pool Sharks was when they installed a vinyl liner a few years ago. After a couple of weeks, I realized it was leaking, as the pool water level was going down a couple of inches a day. Using a mask, i found a pencil eraser sized hole in the liner on a seam. When I called Jack, he never hesitated. He took a look, and without hesitation, said that it was a manufacturing flaw and that he would replace it immediately at no charge. Wow - very nice to see such responsiveness.

I called Pool Sharks because I just purchased a home with a pool and had never owned one before. The inspector told me the pool had "issues". Pool Sharks called back when I left a msg and then came out prepared to tackle the problem the following Monday. The day was cold, but work proceeded. Turned out all I needed was a pump gauge and chemicals. The guys gave me a tutorial on weekly maintenance, recommended places to get chemicals and types of chemical testing. After the heavy rains, they even came back to check the water color. Thanks team! Pool is looking great and I will definitely use them again and refer them.

This company is great! They were out the next day. It turned out that my sweeper pump motor was unusual and the part for the pump was not with the crew. I got a call from the owner the next morning explaining the situation and detailing the condition the pool plumbing was left in. He committed to return the next business day. They returned and completed the repairs. I'm thrilled to FINALLY have a pool company that does what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. I will definitely call Pool Sharks next time my pool needs attention.

This was for a liner replacement as well as some concrete work and some other ancillary work. The owner came out to survey the worksite and prepared a quote. The quote specifically itemized everything that we discussed. The owner reviewed the quote item-by-item at signing. 50% was due at signing and the balance upon completion. The quote experience and price were both superior to that of a competitor who I contacted. Once I signed the quote, he kept me informed of what they would do next and approximately when. The replacement went smooth with no surprises. The work crew was courteous and professional. After the job was complete, a manager came by to review the quote with me line-by-line to ensure that everything was completed and to my satisfaction prior to final payment. | |I'm switching to Pool Sharks for all my regular pool maintenance from now on.

The process went very well and the job turned out better than expected. The pool looks brand new.

Jack and his crew were very professional. They did a fantastic job on resurfacing our gunite pool and helping my husband pinpoint a leak that was located in our waterfall. After coming out for several weeks to follow up on the job (testing water, sweeping the bottom, etc.), Jack met with us and explained ever thing that needed to be done to maintain our newly resurfaced pool. He also went ahead and scheduled an appointment in March to repair the waterfall.

Went very well as usual. I rely on Pool Sharks for the big repairs on my pool and have used them quite a bit in the past. I highly recommend them.

Very polite and efficient employees. Owned stopped in every day to oversee employees. They have a very good work ethic and go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Cannot more highly recommend.

Pool was totally BLACK when they came out to look at it. They gave us a ballpark figure of $650.00 to repair the handle and clear up the pool. Happy to say that they went under their estimate. We had spent about $300.00 trying to clear up the water on our own...not knowing that the problem was the handle on the sand filter. They brought the handle back within the week and installed it on the filter. Checked all the pipes, inlets, etc., and began balancing the pool. It took several days of dropping and adding water, vacuuming and dropping and adding water,and chemicals to bring the pool to pristine blue. My husband and I both had to have surgery during this time and the Pool Sharks continued to work on the pool without any supervision since no one was at home. They are not only dependable but they are also very responsible. All of the workers were outgoing and had great customer skills. I would recommend them to anyone and as a matter of fact I have.

Pool Sharks' owner, Jack Cantrell, was very responsive and involved in the entire process. Top quality components used. Good follow-up to get water chemistry normalized upon refilling the pool.

They came in, drained pool, being careful to punch holes in it so it would not pop out of ground. They removed old coverings, sanded and resurfaced pool. They installed a new light and drain and cleaned out one of the filter lines. They came back and swept the sides of the pool and cleaned the pool daily for 3 weeks after they had done the resurfacing. It took a month to get all of the work done. They started the 1st of May and finished the major work within 5 days and then came back for 3 weeks, including Saturdays and Sundays, and brushed down the sides and cleaned the pool.
