I liked the company in general. They were clean and seemed to be efficient with their work. They worked here for a long time. The price was less than what I had anticipated. They seemed to know what they were doing. The workers were polite and appeared clean. They were professional. I hadn't got such cleaning work done in 15 years and I was impressed. I am still seeing dust but they had told me that might happen. It is hard to get to the dust due to the way the attic is arranged in our house.

I give them an A on overall experience but I wish they would have shown me a before and after. I take their word for it that they did a good job. Everything seems cleaner, but they didn't actually show me where it was dirty and how they cleaned it. I think they could have done that better. Their pricing was pretty good. I will hire them again in the future.

They came out to look at some air ducts that I thought needed to be cleaned. It turned out that I needed more than cleaning. They recommended another company to replace some flex ducts. They came back later and cleaned the ducts that were not replaced. It was a very good experience. They could have cleaned everything but they took the time to say that these needed to be replaced and someone else needed to do that job. Instead of taking advantage of me, they recommended someone else for another part of the work and took a little less money to do what they could do.

I contacted them via phone from the number listed on Angie's List. They scheduled a time to come out and give me an estimate and they did that within 2 days of the call. Then after the estimate, they scheduled the work for that same week. They were responsive and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Expensive, but worth the money. The crew arrived on time and finished the job a bit early, leaving behind a clean house. I could tell a difference in air quality almost right away.

Glen and Jeremy arrived at appointed time and spent approximately 6 hours cleaning the dirty air vents. Also checked for mold since we had a mold problem in the crawl space. For the amount of time they spent, I felt the cost was extremely fair. They cleaned up after themselves so I had no mess to deal with. The owner contacted with a follow up phone call regarding the overall service as well. Extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

The crew of two men arrived at the appointed time, were very professional and thorough in performing the task. They made sure not to blow any dust or lint into the house,or to spill any while removing their equipment. They also were very careful to keep our cats from running out. I spent more I planned to spend, but felt it was worthwhile to make the investment in having clean air ducts before installing a new HVAC system with air purifier attachment. I recommend this company without reservation because they do excellent work, and this is a perfect example of "You get what you pay for". I had to reschedule several times but they were very flexible and accommodating. Showed up on time and did an excellent job. Had helpful recommendations and did extra service to complete a thorough job.

We were very pleased with th eservice and the competitiveness of their pricing. Technicians were professional, polite, and efficient. They arrived on time and cleaned up completely before they left.

Overpriced and left dirt. Professional and nice, though. House is only a small/med ranch, no steps. Only took about a 1/2 hour. Two guys, a roll-in whisking machine, and a van. I have ceiling vents and they also left some dirt on the floor under the vents. Good clean ducts though. Just thought the price was high for how little time it took, for size of my house, and that dirt was left on the floor. Maybe the price is for the whisk-cleaning, but I since found someone else who was more thorough and lower cost. Sorry about time delay; thought I posted this review ages ago, but Angie's just asked me to post one, so I guess I didn't.

Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, accommodating to schedule, friendly. The air in my house never smelled so clean! But I thought the price was high. They do use whisk cleaning, not just forced air, so that's good, and worth more. But it was just two guys, a van, and a piece of roll-in equipment; I don't think they were even here an hour, so $400.00 seemed a bit steep.

Two days later our home was scheduled for a cleaning. I had a two-hour window in which I expected them to arrive. To my surprise, one of the guys called and said they were actually running early, could they come sooner than scheduled. Well...of course! Two very nice men spent a good 2-3 hours cleaning our 3,000 sq. ft. home. They pulled out the most disgusting stuff that the builders left in our air vents! It was shocking! They told me that they recommend any new home buyer to have the home inspector include an air vent cleaning on his list of recommendations/repairs for the builder. They also told me that they recommend a repeat cleaning every 5-6 years...but that my vents will NEVER be as dirty as they were. We noticed a HUGE difference in lack of dust in our home about a week after service. I would highly recommend this company.

The entire experience was very good, and I am very picky. They arrived on time, did not make a mess and were very friendly. I had a/c duct cleaning done a few years before, but I could not tell any difference. The air in the house was noticeably more fresh right away, after this company cleaned, and it has made a big difference in my nasal stuffiness. The price was the same as what I paid the other company years ago, which did not include the dryer vent, and it was in great need of cleaning. I highly recommend this company and will use them the next time I need this service. I have been telling my friends and family about them.

The company came as promised, the crew (2) was professional, conducted a walk through of my house and gave me brief overview on what the work involved. They also said they would determine the best way to get the work done with minimal disruption. Bid was based on home's square footage and job was competed within 2 hours, with no mess. Bid was $245.00 less than 2 other bids I commissioned including the company that services my units annually.

They were prompt, cleaned the vent in about twelve to fifteen minutes, cleaned up the large amount of lint on the grass as much as possible just by picking it up with their hands (you'd think they'd carry some kind of shop vacuum for that?) My only thought is $125 is a lot for what they did.

Mr. B's was just great. He gave me an estimate over the phone and came out and did the work right on time. He did not make a mess in my house and my house seriously smelled better after he was here. His prices are great and you are dealing with a real quality guy.
