Description of Work: The Buhlers replaced a transom window that had broke due to window shifting. All work was performed as stated in est they even attached a piece of trim that I had removed to investigate the reason of the window shift. The cost was expensive however if it corrects the problem its worth every penny. I would use them again if another window were to arise.

Description of Work: The Buhlers (father and two sons) repaired two windows in the back of our home that had severe wood rot damage.They arrived on time, were extremely organized, used high quality products and were through in a much shorter time than I would have thought it would take. (I credit this to their being so organized and three people working together.)We are quite happy with the work and would call them again if needed.

 + 3 moreAllen was wonderful to work with. He was on time and was very professional. He is not only a window guy, he is an all around handy man. As a professional Real Estate Agent, he has performed many general repairs that have been required by appraisers and home inspectors. He has been 100% satisfying on all of these jobs.
Description of Work: Replace and repaired rotten wood, put new windows in throughout the home, caulking and painting, replacement of torn shingles.

 + -1 moreHe was a God Send to us. He dealt with us in a very honest and heartfelt manor and our trust in him and his young sons/assistants were immediate. He had to come back out several times as we discovered deeper and more stubborn small leaks throughout the stormy season. He never said a word about coming out here again. In fact, he said he'd come every week if he had to in order for us to be completely water-proofed! Thank goodness it didn't come to that! It was a massive job, and Mr. Buhler and his sons did a wonderful job for us. I'll probably have him come every year or two just to check my windows over. I got several bids on my window issues, and they were the best, by far.
Description of Work: We had a lot of window repair on our "new" fixer upper house. The biggest issue was 3 massive windows that were very high up on the back of the house needed to be replaced quickly because some of the two-pane sides were broken and the glass was slipping around. The windows underneath also needed repair. We also have a large arched window above the fireplace that needed to be replaced as well. The TV inside the house sits up on the fireplace mantle and it would actually rain onto the TV! We had multiple and random window issues all through the house in various bedrooms, attic, etc. Allen did a walk through with me and helped me determine which of my problems were pressing, and which could wait a season or two.

 + -1 moreTwo insulated units replaced. One of the units was measured incorrectly twice and the unit had to be reordered - twice. The people were courteous, the work was done all in one week's time and the windows look great.

 + -1 moreThey came out when they said they would be here and it only took them a couple of hours to cut and fit the glass and install it. They did very good work and didn t leave a mess when they were finished. Their price was reasonable.
Description of Work: They installed large panes of glass in 3 windows on the front of my home.
