WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL! Have signed a contract for continued service. They are prompt, professional, friendly, and they do exactly what they say they will do. My call was returned within a few hours. They were out that evening to bid the job, and they maintained contact. I HIGHLY recommend Premier Landscaping. They are a family-owned business and they aim to please the customer. We are getting another estimate for our flowerbeds, pruning, weeding, etc, tonight. If you want very reasonable rates for maintaining your yard on a regular basis, this is a great LOCAL company to use.

Have several large neglected flower beds with grass and weeds present. Needed someone to respond quickly, (within a weeks time) to clean out the beds and install mulch. They answered my phone message in a timely manner and were able to fit me into their schedule. Very professional and did a thorough job.

We could not have asked for a better job. They are extremely nice and definitely know what they are doing. We will use them again.

What a job!! They gave a quote, gave a time, then they did way more than they we asked or expected to do. They pulled weeds where necessary, pulled the mulch away from the trees where necessary, and installed 8 yards of mulch in one day. They cleaned after themselves and left no mulch where it was not supposed to be, They even left at least a yard of mulch in excess so my wife could put it around some crepe myrtles. Excellent Job, excellent people, enjoyed having them on our property.

Well, its a simple job isn't it...cutting the grass? Yes, except it keep raining and raining and raining to the point I thought we would have to have the grass baled. They were at least a week late getting started because of the rain. We were were on vacation when they did the work and I did not see what they did with the grass clippings. All I can say is the clippings were not on the lawn when we got back...not anywhere that I could find. They must have taken them with them. The yard looks like they swept the grass off the the lawn. And we have at lease two acres of lawn. Not only that, they edged exactly as needed everywhere. Around the concrete for sure, but also they cut and edged inside the swimming pool fence, and around the block barriers on the edge of the flower beds. I normally cut my own grass, but they did a much better job than I have ever done. Again, I will never worry when they are on my property. Simply a job well done!

Premier came to our home and performed an initial assessment prior to giving us a quote. The quote included several options for service and we chose the full service option for year round maintenance. The quote included initial clean-up, ongoing cutting, trimming, and edging, weed control, as well as mulching and flower planting on an annual basis. The crew of this family-owned business is outstanding. The clean-up took place over three different days with exceptional results. Premier has continued to go above and beyond our expectations and our yard looks incredible. They are extremely courteous and professional, and they do great work at a fair price.

Great experience start to finish. Mark came out to the house and quoted 4-5 different projects. He also gave a few recommendations on inexpensive ways to improve some of the rougher spots in my yard. Once I decided on the work that I wanted done (trimming bushes & shrubs, mowing, edging, mulching beds), he was quick to return and complete it. They are definitely my go-to landscape company in the future.

Everything went very well. The response to my phone call was timely and professional . Mr. Hamilton came over to see what was needed to be done and provided a written estimate within 24 hours and we arranged for the work to be done.the next day. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I recommend them strongly.

I contacted the owner and his wife and they were responsive and respectful. They were able to get out to my house and get a proposal together very quickly. Once I decided on the work I wanted completed, the owner and his team took care of it in a professional manner. I was out of town at the time, so they were gracious enough to take before and after pictures and send them to me for review. I have more work to complete and I plan on using them in the near future (probably about a week or two from now). Thanks for the great work.

They were really good. They did an excellent job all around. I would not have stopped working with them but they moved out of the area.

I have three kinds of grass. Bermuda, Zoysia and Fescue. Three different cutting heights. Requires three different mower settings. Also have an irrigation system. Their visits must work around that.

Mark did an absolutely spectacular job. He's honest, hard working and a great landscape designer. The quality of the installation of the sod was phenomenal. When he was done, you could barely tell that the yard had been completed sodded. He is also great to work with.

Mark and his family were great! He did everything he said he would and more! My yard looks so good - you would not believe the before and after.

Mark emailed an estimate within a couple of days and called us when he had not heard from us. (It turned out the email went to spam and I did not know he had sent it until he called to follow up.) Glad he followed up! Once we got the email, we decided to have all the work completed by Premier. He gave us the name of a nursery for us to choose the bushes he suggested and by the end of the week the work was scheduled. Due to rain/storms, he had to delay for a day, but showed up as promised on Sunday a.m. to complete work. He had his crew (wife & son) with him and everything was completed before they left (except for fence posts which needed the concrete to set, and finished up the next day.( He even planted 2 flats of flowers that I purchased from the nursery. Hardest working family I have ever seen, fast, cleaned up everything , professional, friendly and loved and welcomed his suggestions. You don't find that kind of work ethic very often. Also set up for him to cut our yard on a regular basis! note: We had another estimate from another company who we had used before, but decided on Premier due to how he handled everything. (the other company never followed up)

Mark and his crew did a fabulous job cleaning leaves, debris, tree limbs and tree trunks from my 6 acre home. They showed up as promised and did great work and came back additional days until the work was completed. Although there turned out to be more work than expected, Mark stood by his original quote. They are very professional in their work and in their dealing with me. I would not hesitate for a second to use them again.

Mark was very professional. I left a meesage on Monday - he called me back in 10 minutes - came for an estimate on Tuesday afternoon quote was sent on Wednesday. Mark and Co. completed the work on Friday and Saturday. He'll do what you want him to do and if you aren't sure he can provide helpful advice. Very good work

They did a great job! I would have liked to continue to use them but they have moved locations.

I had set up for them to do regular mowing/maintenance, and to clean up the back yard. They had to relocate suddenly, something beyond their control. My rating for professionalism stemmed from my contacting them about finishing up the work in the back yard. They said they wouldn't be able to finish it because of the move. I would have preferred that they contact me sooner to let me know they wouldn't be able to finish the job, instead of waiting for me to contact them.

They planned, listened to what I wanted and then did all they could to stay within the confines of my request. If Mark didnt like my ideas, he was honest and told me why, if I didnt like his ideas, he listened while I told him why. We are having them back to finish the rest of the yard soon as the summer lillies quit blooming in the bed they are going to redo.......

We needed to have a lot of our smaller tree and shrubs trimmed and cleaned up. We also needed to have some removal of other plants and shrubs. They contacted us immediately and left a message. We finally made contact and they were prompt in coming out to give us an estimate. The estimate was very easy to read and everything was broken down so we could choose what we did or didn't want completed. After we let them know what we wanted done, they arrived that same week and completed the work. They did an amazing job! We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

What an enjoyable company to work with. Mark and Billy are professional, courteous and just an overall great team. The lawn has never look better. Their weekly mowing, edging and trimming out of this world.

Mark and Billie are fabulous to work with! I'm the gardener in the house, but was laid up for medical reasons. They were prompt in service, message returns, everything. A VERY sweet family and their workmanship is almost as good as their service. I found their service and quality of work to even exceed the reviews listed here. That said, I do have a mall caveat on their landscaping. Being a Master Gardener, I have higher expectations. I know that. So that's why I offer this up with a bit of clarity. While cleaning out beds, they were sure to error on the side of caution (GOOD THING) when pulling weeds. But this left a few weeds to flourish while I was out of commission. Not necessarily a bad thing, like I said. Trimming bushes was completed and look great, but not approached as I was trained, just lopped off for shaping. (again, not necessarily a 'bad' thing...) My biggest and really, only, true complaint is this: My climbing roses were treated as bushes and were pruned in a way that will change their habit. I think I can correct it, but I assume it might take a year or two... but I can't get a good look at them from the window. If you have something you DON"T want them to trim, you may wish to mark them somehow! They have been otherwise exceptional and have continued weekly service of our yard. They won't mow - nor charge you - if your yard doesn't need it and typically come around in a few days to check again. Always polite, courteous, and prompt, they have been a DREAM to work with. Last little caveat on Landscaping design... My brother in law was so impressed by their services and reasonable prices, he hired them to take care of the lawns at his rental properties. He has been struggling with a landscape vision for his home and asked Mark to help him with a design. Mark came back with a fabulous design, every thing my Brother in Law asked for... but when my BIL started trying to plant and locate a few of the plants, he ran into trouble. One plant selected as corner anchors was hardy in zones 7-10, not our zone 5/6. Needless to say, we had to do a little bit of research to find something with similar features that would work (and was available) in this area. Also, the plan (as I'm sure most plans are) was designed as such that it would look incredible for 4-7 years, but then would have to be ripped out. Plants were planned too close together. As they matured, they would quickly become an over grown mess. We made a few adjustments to thin plants in these areas for a longer-lasting design. In one area, Mark chose two noxious plants (semi-invasive). Yes, they are easy to get established, but would require a lot of maintenance in a "little-to-no-maintenance" requested plan in a year or two. One plant was even known to over take shrubs without a lot of confinement! Again, some research and we were able to find some suitable replacements. The plan looked great on paper, but ignored pop-ins for porches, asymmetric window placement, etc... so it took a lot of decoding, adjustments, and planning to go from Mark's plan to something you could work off of. In my book, landscape design and plant knowledge, they get a B-. The look and mix of textures is a strength and keeps them frmo a C to C- rating here. The landscaping design and plant knowledge (re: climbing roses trimming, missing a few of the larger weeds in the cleaning of the bed, and mishaps with my BIL's landscape plans) are the only weaknesses I've seen from this company... and everything other service is SO STRONG that it almost doesn't matter and I still give them straight A's. If you want a lawn service, this is a FABULOUS company to work with! If you want help with landscape design, I'd go elsewhere. If you're picky about your bushes/rose care, you might want to seek someone who has more experience in this area - (but admittedly, I'm a bear about this and just couldn't give hands-on coaching or do it myself this spring.) I know 99.5% of the population would be absolutely thrilled with their bush care. So, I'll leave you with this: The entire neighborhood has been asking me who took over our lawn because it looks SOO GOOD. Thanks, Billie and Mark!

They responded to my inquiry quickly. Came out the same day for an estimate. Performed the yard work very well are were pleasant to work with.

Mark Hamilton is a professional with an empathy for his clients. He returned my initial call immediately and when he saw he might be able to come a little earlier on the day of our appointment, he did not just show up as others sometimes do but called first to ensure it would be alright.I have a huge problem in terms of cost. I have bushes which according to my inspector when I bought the house have to be removed as they are dangerously too close to the foundation which will ultimately cause damage. I am new to this area and unfamiliar with local vendors/craftsman. Mark whom I found off Angie's list is a godsend. He listened, explained what could be done to save some if planted further away from property, gave me ideas on how the dug up areas could be made to look good, and most of all knew the shrubbery and what might make it through transplanting. Best of all, he will work with you so you're not in a ton of debt up front. He was willing to break my work up on a schedule I set so I could afford to have it done.He emailed proposal per our agreement and was and is very prompt in replying to phone calls and emails.I am super grateful to have found him! My initial spending was $165 but it is an ongoing project. He also fertilized and cuts my front and back lawn. This property had been vacant for a year...he has worked wonders!

Prompt, professional service. Family owned- and operated, with family involvement (which I think is pretty great). Mark also serves in the Armed Forces. But those things would not alone please me. They are bonuses to the fact that the service is knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and timely. Mark strives for excellent customer service. He returns calls quickly. He returned to lay more seed after rain washed some away. He will be returning for mulching and further lawn work when the grass is stronger (it is just light green now). Prices reasonable. Highly recommended.
