The technician called before he came and arrived within the prearranged time frame. I pointed out some stains that were on the carpet. He finished the job in less than an hour. All of the stains that I had pointed out earlier were gone and the carpet as a whole looked and smelled cleaner. The technician was friendly and efficient.

I have a yearly contract with this company. I clean my carpets and rugs twice a year and they do a awesome job. They use various cleaning methods when dealing with different causes of dirty carpet. They clean my carpets very well.

They've done a good job of cleaning my carpets. Though my carpets are old, they've been looking shabby from all the wear and tear more in recent times. Those nice guys removed all the dirt & made my carpets look good. They gave good value for my money.

Service Master sets an appointment and they are diligent to show up every three months on time. Their workers are prompt and courteous and inform me of their findings. I have had a problem with spiders coming back before the next scheduled appointment, but when I called Service Master they were very prompt and sent someone out right away to spray. They are always very polite. The only problem I have is with servicing is occasionally I have some cleaning left to do, and I wish they would clean up a little better.

This job took about one hour and a half with two men cleaning. They did one heck of a job. What a difference it made when they were done. They even moved some furniture and placed it back after they were done. They were very polite when they were in my home.
