Set up service via phone and estimate was provided. Crew showed up on schedule-good! However, they were not dressed professionally and we were treated to the stereotypical view of a tradesman's backside. The final product was a carpet cleaned better than we expected. However, my wife had to manage the crew to get the desired result. They would have left a lot of fluid in the carpet and likely not have worked as h****** the high traffic areas had she not been there to monitor.. All in all a good value and good result, but not an A level experience.

They were so easy to work with. The quote they gave was much more reasonable than other contractors I had contacted. They worked with my schedule to set up a time to come out and get the work complete. After they were done we could hardly tell that any work had been done. They left everything extremely clean and orderly.

He was nice. After a day or so I noticed spots reappearing where I had indicated to the man there were some problem stains. I forgot to ask for Scotch Guard and he didn't remind me and so the carpet doesn't look much better a month later than it did before he came.

I attempted to contact ServiceMaster via their website, but I did not receive a response. Several days later I called to ask for an estimate. The receptionist told me someone would call me back with pricing. I was contacted later that morning and scheduled an appointment for later that day. The technician called when he was on the way to my home. After an initial fabric test the cleaning took approximately 1 1/2 hours and the cushions dried overnight.

I gave them a "B" in price because they weren't the cheapest, but the quality of their work was worth every penney I paid. I was scheduled for a window of 1000a.m. to 12 noon. The technician called to let me know he was on his way over, and arrived at 10:15. He introducing himself and checked the areas where he would be cleaning, and he got right to work. He was quick and efficient, and took care to put everything back and not make a mess. He finished at about noon and asked me to inspect the quality of his work (which was excellent.) The only difference in cost between quote and actual payment was the area rug, which I incorrectly said was domestic synthetic, not wool. The cost increased from $0.75/sqft to $1.00/sqft (perfectly reasonable.) They did a great job, and I'd definitely use them again.

Very good. Tim was very professional, helpful, and nice. He did an excellent job and took pride in his work.

The carpet tech arrived promptly, assessed the state of the carpet and efficiently went to work. He was done in one hour. He did not need to move any furniture since we had already emptied the room. I had been told when I made the appointment their minimum charge was $85, and that was what I was charged. I am happy with the work that was done.

Great! The cleaning removed stains, cleaned the dirt and the cats are not going back to re-urinate as they did before.

The day of the appointment they called and said that their guy called off and asked if it was OK if a guy from a different Servicemaster came to clean the carpet. I said yes since I wanted the carpet cleaned that day. I was surprised, though, when the price was higher and the services were a bit different with the new guy. I paid the higher price, but then called Servicemaster of Germantown to complain about the higher price. They asked me to fax in the receipt. I did so but didn't hear anything for a while. I then entered a report on Angie' List. Shortly after that I got my check. I then rescinded the report as it was no longer accurate. This is the corrected version.

Everything went fine. The rug is clean and they did well with some pet stains that were on the carpet.
