Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's List: $99 Carpet Cleaning and Pet Enzyme or Deodorizing for 4 Areas. ServiceMaster of Germantown told me that they are no longer associated with Angie's List and want to charge me full price even though I already paid for the service. I want them to come out and honor the deal that I bought.

Description of Work: I have used Servicemaster of Germantown before and they never fail to do a good job. Service employees were punctual and courteous. Did a good job considering our carpet needs replacing. Would definitely hire them again. Price was reasonable.

Description of Work: They came by the house to evaluate the mold. They checked the humidity in our house and determined that was the cause of the growth of mold. He gave us good tips on controlling the humidity. He was very friendly and would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: The guys were on time and very professional. I mistakenly left part of my order off the online form and they cleaned the extra room, after they had packed up all their equipment. I would use them again in a heart beat. The service fee was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Unfortunately we have experienced more than one flood. These people are the most competent, loving, patient, responsive, professional people in the world. They were hired for mold abatement. They are prompt and make themselves accessible. They go the extra mile and are patient with questions and concerns. I would hire them for any work that they do because of their high standards, integrity and care. As a matter of fact, I think we did also pay them to clean a rug at a different time. They just care. They not only care but they put the customer first. In this world that is unusual.
