Thank you Daniel for the great job. He was on time and very professional. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond with our choice. Danny provided that extra service by obtaining cardboard paper to prevent the electricians and workers from disturbing the floor.

Pedro was great, he answered all my questions kept me up to date on the progress and cleaned up after they finished.

Germantown wood flooring did such a beautiful job on my floors they look like picture perfect I mean perfect. I love them so much I didn't want to put the furniture back in the house. I recommend them to all my friends and I hope them the best Happy Holidays.

On time and great workmanship

Completed half the project but so far so good. Floors look great. Now completed 3/4 of the project. Have one more room to refinish. The delay is on my part not the company's. The three rooms completed look great and were finished in a timely manner. Also their housekeeping is great.

Hired them to refinish floors with a different stain. They are very fair priced. when we had a bit if an issue with the quality, they came back and fixed it.

My floors had a hazy quality from using the wrong wood products. Daniel was hardworking, on time and did an excellent job! I couldn't have hoped for better results. My floors look great and I will definitely contact them again.

I spoke with this company owner, he came out to look at floor, tested a spot and wanted a payment for coming out. We set up an appt. for the following week to do the floor and agreed to a price and then he never showed up, never called, never returned my calls.

Quick response, provided different color and sealant options. Work completed quickly and well.
