I am so happy to leave this 5 star review for GHF! Project manager Darbin was awesome. He was always promptly accessible by phone, text or email. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our job involved extensive demo and installation of approximately 1800 sf of luxury vinyl plank. Our team (Julio and Elias) worked exceptionally hard and were also very polite and accommodating. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up everyday. All work was done just as discussed and in the specified time frame with no communication issues. The quality of work was top notch and the price was fair. This team went above and beyond for our project and we are so pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to use them again!

This was our first time getting our floors redone, they did the entire job a day ahead of schedule for a 3000sqft home with two staircases. . Worked hard and the final product was exceptional! Minimal toe board staining. Very reasonable and comparable pricing.

Fernando both promised and delivered. Excellent installation team, plus follow-up on unexpected details such as caulking of pre-painted shoe molding for a thoroughly fine finished look. No hard pressure sales job - a less expensive option was offered before I even asked. I am so pleased with having found this firm on Home Advisor. All members of the team were respectful of time constraints imposed by condo association and not just on time, but a few minutes early each time we met. On Day Two each team member took off his shoes before walking on the freshly-restored parquet floor. I believe Christian treated my home as he would have done in his own.

VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL

The price was reasonable but the initial service was not great. There were imperfections and mistakes made that after I made the owner (who really didnâ t show back up to the project - only sent a crew of people who spoke a few words of English) aware he was happy to correct the problem. It was only after a three day project turned into almost two that we got unhappy about the outcome. In my case a proper vac of the floor wasnâ t done the first time which left small debris that was polyurethaned over.
