We like that they have the skill to do the job. They came when they said they were going to be. They have the skills to do the job perfectly. They did the job very well. We have absolutely no complains.

They fitted us in their schedule and finished the job before we moved-in. Removed and disposed carpet, sanded and replaced damaged pieces. Also they gave us multiple stain suggestions fitting our light/natural stain demand. Pretty satisfy with results, our floor looks great.

We had Classic Hardwood refinish our first level hardwood last fall and we were very pleased with the results. The second level required removing the old floor and subfloor and repair of some water damage. The subfloor was particle board so it took a bit longer to remove and cost us a little more, but the finished result is great. No more give to the floor and no more creaks! One of the things I appreciate most is the good communication. Sean is good about letting you know what is going on and when. Sometimes that is a difficult asset to find.

They did a great job. My opinion of my whole house has changed (for the better). The floors were really bad in places with gashes, water damage and warping, but now they look great everywhere. I gave them a description of what I wanted: dark and not overly shiny, and they came out better than I had imagined. After the floors are sanded, they lay down some samples according to what you've asked for so you can pick the one you like best. They were always on time and were very pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with the results and am hurrying to get done with painting so I can enjoy my good-as-new house. I highly recommend Classic Hardwood Floors.

Sean has some great people working for him and he provides wonderful guidance in picking what's right for you. We asked for an estimate and had one within a few days. They came in to take measurements and talk about what we wanted the day we called. The removal of the old flooring was done professionally and with great care to clean-up and prevent dust, etc. The floor installation itself was accomplished by a great group of guys who worked like crazy and did everything professionally. It was a great experience and the end-product surpassed our expectations.

Their work and workers were excellent. The owner and staff had great quality of work throughout the whole process. They installed real hard wood floors.

My biggest problem is that with the the completion of this second floor project I have no more hardwood floor for Sean and team to work on! Not only would I use them again, but I did use them again! And I'd use them a third and fourth time. I highly recommend them. First for the quality, second for the reasonable price, but probably most of all because they were all a pleasure to work with and truly get partnered by in achieving the floor vision! There is truly no one better -- Classic Hardwood Floors should be your first and last stop on a search for having your floors done!

I have been satisfied so far. He got all A's because I am very proud of him and I am having him back. He is not reasonably priced because he is charging $17,000. for 1100 square feet but he is good and my insurance is paying for the repair.

Quality company. They provided good counseling as to the type of wood that would be best, assisted us in selecting our flooring. Their quote was fair and detailed. The job was completed as promised within budget. The final project was exceptional. Since we had moved out of Germantown when everything was done, the president of Classic Hardwood Flooring ask the listing realtor if they could inspect the finished project. Then he, voluntarily nit-picked everything that wasn't absolutely perfect, and had their crew come back and correct his perceived shortfalls. Bottom line was that the job was perfection.

Our neighbors used Classic Hardwood Floors and were very satisfied. This is a major household renovation. A lot of work on your part and Classic Hardwood Floors. Even though the sander is 99.9% dust free and the crews cover your cabinets, door jams,etc ; your still going to have wood dust. At an additional cost a heavy duty vacuum can be brought in. If I had it to do all over I would spend the additional money and cover everything. Mike and Sean communicated well. If I had a question, they were only a phone call away. The crews were on time and went out of their way to accommodate. They stayed late one evening so my husband and I could pick out our stain color. This is done on your own floor so you know exactly how it is going to look. When finished, I had one area in a hall that didn't look right. I talked to the crew leader and Sean. With no hesitation refinished that section of floor. Because of this our floors took 8 days from start to finish. Would I do it again? Only with Classic Hardwood Floors! We hated our hardwood floors and now we love them! They are easy to clean and look absolutely beautiful!

Classic Hardwood Floors is SO GOOD that I contracted with them to do my son's home. I had a great experience with Sean and his crew back in 2007. Our floors were a real challenge and I wasn't confident that anything could save the....Sean to the rescue. They look marvelous and I didn't have to micro-manage any part of the process. The restoration, staining options, and professional crew made me want to refer them to all my friends...and I do! When my son purchased this home back in the winter it had an amateur finishing job done by the previous owner. It just bugged me to death, so I talked my son into letting me pay to have them done for his wedding present. I got two bids, but I always wanted Classic to do the work. Sean remembered me and we were able to start the work. I was surprised to see that 2 of the 3 crew members had worked on my floors. That's a true sign of a fair and honest company. Well, everyone is extremely pleased and I will continue to recommend Sean every opportunity that I get.

The first time around I hired an individual that turned out to have little knowledge. His work was sloppy and uneven it was just a mess. I had to sue him in court to try to get my money back. This time I went with pros. They are so nice and honest. They took the time to re-do the floors and fix everything as it should look. They were re-stained and re-surfaced so they are shiny and new looking.
