This is no some big corporation; it is two brothers working sales and installation crews in a most professional manner. Once I did make contact with Johnny, communication was very good, their bid was very competitive, there were no extras or surprises. Johnny's brother, Travis was on-site supervising and working with the crew at all times. Their equipment is new or newer, crews were polite and professional and TRUSTWORTHY. I was called to the office for a meeting and had to leave the crew at my house for four hours; no issue at all. Travis knocked on my door every few hours to give me a progress report and show me the work. This was beneficial for both of us especially when locating the drain for the sump in my yard They tarped my motor court, garage and finished basement every day and left the job site broom clean every day. Travis called to confirm arrival each day, advised lunch breaks an departure. They replaced several bricks and did mortar work expertly; it is nearly impossible to identify replaced bricks. Unlike the other companies I had bid this job, Pro Lift placed six of the seven piers from the inside of my basement instead of the outside. The results were great and really mitigated potential issues to my landscaping. I have lived in my home for 12 years and have had many contractors work on it. Pro Lift is one of the few that nt only met but EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I truly feel the quality of the work they did increased the value of my house many times over the cost of the work. I highly recommend Pro Lift. As a footnote, I am a Certified Property Manager and have managed commercial properties for over 30 years. I know quality work when I see it.

Fast eval, detailed and accurate estimate, took a while to get the work done after estimate but when work was done, it was done well. Workers were professional and helpful.

I called and scheduled an appointment to inspect my 35 year old house. I recently noticed some small cracks in the the brick. I also noticed some minor issues inside the house, one door has issues closing depending on the weather. I also knew that there was a minor water issue under the house from the home inspection when I purchased the house. An inexpensive temporary DIY fix had been done at the time of purchase. It was time to address the home issues to maintain the home. TFS arrived on time and we walked around the house and through the interior. I pointed out issues I had seen and they took their time to inspect and see if there were any other issues. Then they suited up and crawled under the house to inspect and take pictures. They then made a drawing of my house and with the drawing and pictures explained the issues and proposed solutions to fix the issues. The issues are not in dire need of immediate repair but they need to be done to maintain the home. I was given a list of all proposed repairs, explanation and cost. They were one of three companies I contacted about the issues. Their inspection took longer and addressed one or more issues that the other companies dismissed, and, of course, was more expensive. However, they addressed the issues and proposed, in the case of the drainage issue, a more comprehensive, long term solution. An installation date was chosen and I was called by the crew leader the day before to discuss the installation. On the day of the work, they were on time and, again, a quick discussion of what was going to happen. It took most of the day. One of the salesmen also stopped by during installation to speak with me and the crew. I then had an electrician come and install electrical hookup for the pump. The crew leader then returned to verify system was working and show me where it drained away from the house. He also explained the pump, it's alarm system and to call if I had any issues. From the day of installation to electrical work to final verification of the system working took less than one week. First issue successfully dealt with and I know the other issues and the cost, so that I can plan and budget for TFS to return for those issues. I give them an A on everything. It was a good price, and is a long term solution. It is not bargain price, but it is a reasonable price, from a reputable local company that stands behind their work with a guarantee. The other companies that looked at the house did not address the drainage issue or propose an acceptable solution.

At first, I thought the price was a little high and it was a typical marketing ploy with an initial price then a discount if we were to go ahead and do the service within 30 days. We knew we needed to have the foundation repaired but we thought we could find a cheaper alternative. We shopped around and found their price to be really competitive with local contractors. We were in no rush to have the repair done. They would call us periodically to re-affirm our decision of holding off. As the year progressed, the foundation worsened and we knew we had to make a decision soon. They called again with a follow up and offered another discount which brought the price down to something more likeable for our budget. We jumped on it and gave them the thumbs up. Although we suffered a few mishaps in the communication of the pricing between the company and the actual crew chief in charge of collecting final payment. Everything turned out great, we had the floor repaired, we paid a good price, and their crew did an above average job with our floor. We are happy to recommend them.

Certified foundation was not settling and installed a device that can be used in the future to identify if foundation does start to settle. Home is over 30 years old. Found brick veneer was separating from the frame of the house. Installed fasteners to secure brick. Job was done so well you couldn't even notice repair.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with anyone who worked on my house. The person who called and the person who showed up never communicated. I had to call them back over and over to come out and do touch up work. Most of the time I had to reach out them them because they would not return my calls. They left not plugging in the fan under the house.

Vintage construction inspected our crawl space as well as our support columns in one of our homes that is roughly 40 years old and had experienced some normal settling and exterior brick cracking. The rep who arrived on the initial inspection was honest and experienced. In fact, he told me I really didn't need to fix any of the columns until they actually failed because, up to that point, there were a couple that we're showing age and the beginning of failure but would still pass a home inspection. I appreciated that honesty and I opted to proactively fix them anyways because I was comfortable with Vintage. Very thorough, detailed and professional. I would recommend them.

We've never met anyone more professional, patient and helpful than the Senior Project Manager that helped us at Vintage Construction Incorporated. He was awesome. We didn't get to use them because we never bought the house that we got the estimate for the work on.

We agreed on a time about a week after my call. The consultation went quite well. I asked them about water leakage in my basement, the gentleman showed me what to do and he said it wasn't necessary to have any work done.

The workers were very busy the entire time and very helpful in making me understand what they were doing. Clean up work was EXCELLENT.

Everything was pretty good, Except our rep was a little too pushy. We were selling the home and need a little work done, Did not ever intend on eating under the house, I did not need anything that clean or fancy. But overall would be a great thing for the right person, Just not us..

We had a problem with their scheduling. We weren’t in a big hurry and I wanted them to come more toward the 15th because my Social Security comes in on the 20th. But then they moved it up closer to around the 7th and they came a day before that date. They called and arrived at the time they said they were gonna come. We also had problems with the charge on the contract. They had 2 different figures. The salesman that came out gave us one figure and then sent me an invoice. Later when we had paid that, they said we owed them $50 more. The man that came out that inspected and priced it was excellent. He did a thorough job and we were impressed with that. However, when they came out, they had the wrong material and we had to wait for the right material to be delivered. Then they weren’t gonna do the complete job that had been priced to us so we had to get on the line with the manager and argue with him about it. We did have difficulties that way. Their price was higher than the 2 estimates we got but we thought they were gonna do a good job. They seemed pleasant when I talked to them.

I have never had any work done for me personally by Vintage Construction. I know the owner and he has an excellent work ethic. Many of my neighbors have used his company and everyone was very pleased. If I needed their kind of service, I would definitely call them.

We had foundation/water/ front porch issues. Our rep came & spent a couple hours inspecting the foundation, the slope of the land, crawl space, etc. VCI recommended taking care of the water problems first. They installed drainage pipes coming off the downspouts that lead to the front yard, a new sump pump & piers around the lowest corner of our foundation. VCI will come back soon to inspect the situation & make recommendations for the porch. I was very impressed by their promptness, calling ahead to let us know when they would arrive, how long the job should take & the final cost. After contacting other companies, I finally feel like I have found one that I can trust.

When my home was remodeled 10 years ago, there were no additional support beams placed under the kitchen yet very heavy tile was placed on the floor along with granite countertops, appliances, cabinets, etc. Consequently, my tile started to crack. Greg Yarbrough came out to inspect my crawl space. He was very knowledgeable. Leslie & Quinn came to install about 1 month later and were very professional and knowledgeable. They called several days ahead to confirm, kept me informed the day of and Leslie took his time in explaining exactly what work was being done. This work is not cheap, however. Even with a discount, 4 smartjacks and (2) 10 ft beams, the cost was still nearly $3,000. I'm pleased with the work.

Very good just a little high and the price.

A salesman came out to review my needs and determine a solution for my wet basement and structural issues. He gave me a preliminary scenario and wanted to send a mason to determine the cost of the retaining wall needed in my basement. It was a little disconcerting when the mason kept asking questions about how long and high the retaining wall needed to be, because I didn't know the answers - I expected Vintage to have provided him with what was required to reinforce my house structure. The estimate was very thorough, and very expensive. I received several follow up calls asking when they could start work, to which I replied I wanted to get other estimates. They also offered to provide financing through their office, however I did not want to finance such a large sum at such a high interest rate. I eventually went with another provider who worked out a plan more in line with my needs and budget.

They identified some areas of concern, but none were really urgent. I was worried about a particular crack in the bricks, but they felt like it could be repaired by a masonry contractor.

He came and gave me a synopsis of my crawl space as well as answered all questions I had and gave me a quote for what it would cost to get the repair work done. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure that I only got done what was necessary to keep my house in good condition. While he let me know about other things I could do to continue to approve, he did not try to upsell me at any point....something that is incredibly appreciated by me. I fully intend to have them do this work for me.

We had previously worked with them before about two years ago. They knocked it out of the park and pulled a one day wonder. It was unbelievable! Julie Knight facilitated the job and and David Vanderpuhl was the supervisor. They were both very great and amazing! The three men who came out to do the job were respectful, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was very reasonable. We had a lot going on and they worked with us.

It turn out well, the piers didnt raise the foundation up enough to close the cracks like I hoped, but by the time they were done it all looked fine

Had initially scheduled just the foyer support work, but added the fireplace work when I realized new family room flooring ready to be installed had to be held up because the floor in the area around the fireplace was far out-of-level. Although the company already had a full work load due to recent weather related work requests, they accelerated our schedule date to allow work on the new floor to proceed on schedule.
