Technician was on time, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Although we did not end up needing their services because the work was out of their scope, they did give us feedback on what was underneath the house and whether the issues were major or not. Technician also provided additional commentary on other risks and opportunities in the space which were really appreciated. Highly recommend this organization if you need help with your foundation or crawl space.

Very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Austin Haley came to do the initial inspection and he was very polite and thorough. After having 4 companies out; Austin Haley from YES was our choice. The work crews were very prompt, polite and serious about their jobs. They answered all our questions and concerns patiently and and professionally. All were very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. I HIGHLY recommend TFS to anyone needing foundation repair or encapsulation underneath their house! Thank you TFS!

Arrived on time and completed on time. Very pleased with the work done

It started, I think I called them, in March. They came and gave me an estimate and the first time they came to do the work was in May. I thought it was very expensive for what they did and my floor is still not level. One day they were supposed to be here first thing in the morning. I didn't get a call, I didn't get a call, I finally called them and they showed up in the afternoon and said they'd had some kind of meeting that morning. I would absolutely not use them again. I think it was about $2200 or $2300. I would have pursued it with them and followed them over fixing the problem, but my husband is very ill. The room they were working on is the room that he stays in. He's an invalid. I just got tired of fooling with them. I just paid them and just don't want to deal with them. I just would not recommend them to anyone.

TFS was not the cheapest bid, but we chose to work with them because of the comprehensive nature of their recommendations and the quality of materials and installation used. We have been nothing but pleased. Last winter/spring, we discovered ponding water in the crawlspace of our five-year-old home and already the beginnings of mildew on the piers. We got three different bids: one provider recommended just extending downspouts and regrading the lot, another provider recommended perimeter drainage in the crawlspace plus thinner encapsulation, and TFS recommended downspout extension, crawlspace drainage, thicker encapsulation materials, a dehumidifier and a sump-pump. We were concerned at first after the installation that we had overshot the runway by installing the "cadillac" system with TFS, but considering how frequently the sump pump runs when a hard rain falls, we are now nothing but relieved that we invested in the TFS system. It has given us great peace of mind. The installation team treated our house like it was their own, and everyone from the office staff to the installation team has been excellent at communicating with us. TFS may not be the cheapest bid you'll get, but the product, installation and service are among the best.

Very well. Thorough assessment without any upselling. Fair discount for work adjacent to the worst sinking that the company had performed 6 years before. On the first day, there was a delay due to rain. They worked until sunset on Friday, the third day, in order to finish up. Over the weekend, I spotted some odds and ends that needed attention. They sent the crew back promptly to clean up.

The new owners will be responsible for repair

. Everyone I have had contact with was great. The crew leader Shawn and his team Carl and Justin worked tirelessly for two days. The production manager Tony was fantastic and very interested in making sure our experience was great. What a great team from sales to completion!

Excellent experience. Conscientious to make sure I knew what to expect. Thoroughly explained everything. Very professional, e.g. cleaned up 100% of the worksite, made sure to put bushes back exactly where they belong, took time to make sure that mortar was done right. The most important aspect is they corrected the foundation problem that I hired them to do. Yes, this was an expensive project. It was in line with other companies that I researched. I will need 4 more piers installed down the road. Will hire TFS again.

After discussing the contract my husband and I asked for time to consult with one another over it before making a final decision. Then it became a pressured sale. We were told outright that if we didn't take the offer right then before he left our home that he would not honor any sort of discounts. During the walk around outside our home, he blatantly ignored concerns about where the water appeared to be entering and stated that he would address those later after beginning the work. Because the experience during the estimation we have decided to seek a different company.

The rep asked questions, took pics of my crawl space, and provided a detailed presentation. During the presentation, the rep could not really identify any cracks. I actually pointed to some markings that I knew were not issues and he agreed. The rep advised had some mold as well due to some mosture/standing water. The rep proceeded to provide me with an initial $37K estimate to "correct" my foundation issues and seal the crawl space for storage (which I do not need or desire). I asked the representative if the work indicated as needed was the only and best option for my property. He indicated it was the best and only option to "correct" any issues. I indicated that I looked forward to a copy of his estimate/assessment. I received the official estimate/assessment within a day or two. I noticed that the adjusted cost was $33K. Based on my knowledge of home building, the age of the home, the builder, and information provided from TFS, I thought it would be good to get alternate estimates. I received an independent assessment from a structural engineer as well as other foundation companies without providing them with any detail from the TFS assessment. They offered fair and reasonable assessments. All indicated that the foundation was fine and did not recommend any such work. The mold indicated by TFS was identified as mildew. Standing water/moisture was due to an issue with the positive drain (easy fix). Some advice to others considering a foundation check, spend the money to get an assessment from a structural engineer (cost is minimal) and get additional estimates from reputable foundation companies. TFS basically suggested work that was not needed. From my experience, I do not suggest using the company. I also suggest that anyone else who have had issues report this company to the BBB as well as appropriate Tennessee State regulatory organizations.

Went smoothly after the technician arrived.

They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond, the men that came out were hard workers and took all of the debris away. They came out in a timely fashion for both the estimate and work. If I could give them an A+ I would.

The company is a scam artist, the wanted 18000 dollars. I ended up $3000 for some tubing and a truckload of dirt. They also offer a financing agreement though their company, and they tried to change me a late payment when the they hadn't even gotten back to me about if I was approved for the financing. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to waste your time.

I called for an appointment to assess our needs to repair possible damage to our house foundation. When I called, I was informed that both my wife and myself would have to be present. I immediately cancelled this appointment and will not call this firm for any repairs. I know that there may be a reason for this policy in their minds. But, I for one was offended by this requirement, both my wife and myself can make decisions after we receive information from a vendor. This vendor did not want to give me an appointment so that we could access their proposal in privacy!

We had to reschedule due to unexpected travel, and after we waited three weeks, they cancelled on us because one of us would be late to the meeting. They looked at it as though my husband was not going to join us at all when he stated he would arrive after the estimator had started because something had come up at work.

Excellent presentation by Ed Adkins clearly showed exactly what work was needed. Professional crew arrived on-time and completed work in the time quoted. Everyone on the team was personable and respectful, and the team leader was very knowledgeable and had a good working relationship with his team. I was pleased with the outcome, and appreciated the clean up and reseeding of my grass (which is growing very well). Highly recommend TFS.

I had estimate done mid-May. I wasn't ready for work to be done until mid-July. Everyone was very nice. There was a small mishap, but it was taken care of immediately. I now have the ezflow drain system and a sump pump to keep my crawl space dry. (Though i haven't checked it yet as I want to give it a week or so to do its job.) Although pricey, the job was well done, the crew was great, David Vanderpool was great, and I'm quite happy. Our next step will be to encapsulate the crawl space. TFS is at the top of our list to do that job, though we will get other estimates too. Their fee for going just over an hour from their office is pretty high, so we shall see what happens on that. Maybe more work in this area of middle Tennessee will cause that fee to drop or go away.

Overall I think they did a good job - the only complaint I have is that they originally said it would only take one day but they only sent 1 person out the first day which obviously wasn't enough. It ended up taking several days. Ultimately, I think they did a good job it just wasn't as quick and easy as they originally said.

They had a guarantee that even if their company closed because it is a national kind of thing that they would come out free of charge if anything needed adjusting. They were very professional. They came early in the morning and worked all day until they got the job done. They came in the house, made sure that the doors were shutting correctly because they were not, and that it was leveled.

Came out right away to alleviate my concerns. Super pleasant and informative. He let me know what indicators to look for to identify a problem and told me that my concerns were unwarranted at this point. He felt he would be taking my money unnecessarily at this point. Seems trustworthy & I would contact again if needed.

They gave me a good price in the work they did for me. They were awesome. they did the job quickly. I had no leaking since that was completed..
