Since 1978 our company has been providing solutions for the complete indoor comfort needs of the residents and small businesses owners of Anderson and Knox counties. Tim Melton, president and owner since 2003 has continued to build on the company’s impeccable reputation of quality and reliability. While our company services most brands of heating and air conditioning equipment our primary focus is in the installation of super efficient Trane and Mitsubishi systems. As a founding member of Trane’s Comfort Specialist Program as well as Mitsubishi’s Diamond Contractor network our goal is to always provide the highest degree of service to each and every client while making available the best products our industry has to offer. Our company is a state licensed and insured contractor offering both residential and light commercial installations, preventative maintenance programs, and prompt, professional repair services. Our employees take great pride in their work and adhere to the highest industry standards. Description of Work: They come out every 6 months. It's a yearly contract and it includes the furnace, the air conditioning and the 2 heat pumps.

Description of Work: Melton replaced our entire HVAC system: gas furnace and air conditioning system. They were very good to work with during the selection process. I had 3 bids. Their reputation and fair price were the selling points, along with equipment options I wanted. The removal and installation crew did fast and efficient work, completing the entire job in one day. Very tidy installation; polite and considerate of our home. Overall I am completely satisfied and would recommend people give them a chance to bid on their HVAC work.

Description of Work: Unit had been installed Sept. 1998 never had a problem with the unit itself found to be very reliable. Had a problem with an installation quirk. It did not affect the function of the unit but having a crawl space underneath the house I was concerned about critters possibly making a home under there. After expressing concerns to Melton they sent a very nice young man I hope I have his name correct "Rick". He spent over 3 hrs. in the drizzling rain pounding and shaping the metal guard to prevent anything from entering around the unit he maintained a professional attitude as well as a smile the whole time he was here. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I waited so long to do the review because the service was so "good" I needed to make sure it was not a dream! Thank-you Melton and Angie's list for the voice.

They replaced our old furnace with a new furnace which we are pleased with. It is energy efficient which will save on heating cost and the warranty is great. The technicians did a very professional job with the installation and the price was reasonable to.
