Description of Work: The repairman came within one day of calling. Was on time and put a new heating element in our dryer. Also cleaned all the lint that had collected inside the dryer and the hose in back of the dryer.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator suddenly stopped working. Anderson Appliance came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. They ordered a new compressor and picked up our refrigerator for service. They were very professional and arrived on time when scheduled.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator freezer was icing over and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. The technician was very knowledgeable and repaired the problem that another company had missed when they came out a couple of months before. We have been trouble free since.

Description of Work: Servicemen replaced the control board and one of the temperature sensors in a double wall oven. They first checked to determine whether just the temp sensor needed replacing since that woud be a relatively inexpensive fix. It did not and the entire control board needed to be replaced, The experience with Anderson Appliance was fair and good, and their charge was exactly what they said it would be on the front end.

Description of Work: called and scheduled a repair appointment. changed my work schedule to accomodate the appt time available. got a call one hour before scheduled appt time and was told appt had been changed(without asking me) and if i couldnt be home in 10 min then appt was just canceled! commute home was 20 min and when i told repair man this, his comment was "well i guess we'll just have to reschedule". right. reschedule so it can get changed again? no thank you. very unprofessional. was the friday of july 4th weekend and i suspect repairman just didnt feel like working.
