The washer wouldn't run we took it into the shop. They worked on the washer and found the brake was stuck, after freeing up the brake it was found the spill tube was bad they replaced this assembly with a used one and got the machine working like new. Thank you for your help and hard work.

Diagnosed the problem, adjusted lock, works fine. Courteous, prompt and professional. Will call them again for any appliance repairs in the future.

I called to ask for someone to come look at my Samsung dryer and was told that no one was available to come to me so I was asked "can you bring it in?" Really!? Who takes a dryer to the repair shop? That should have been my clue but it gets worse. I said I would wait for an available technician and was told I'd get a call "early next week". No call by Wednesday, so I called them and was told the technician had my ticket for service THAT day and would call me soon THAT day. No call. On Thursday, I called again. Was told they have no record of my request and they guy proceeded to take my information again. When I told him what was wrong with the dryer, he said "we don't work on Samsung" and questioned that I told them that up front. I am absolutely SURE I did! Based on this really bad experience, I don't recommend Anderson Appliance

Easy to get appointment & tech arrived on time, reviewed and advised, and reset dryer drum. Very pleasant experience.

They did a great job. Alex figured out the problem, and replaced the malfunctioning part. He even recommended a used part which they warranty) to save me money. I will definitely use them again!

They have excellent service. I have no complaints. I decided to use them because they are local.

They quickly found the problem and ordered the part needed for the repair. They told me when the part would be in and when they would be back and kept their word. They also cleaned up before they left. They were very professional.

I called, they showed up in the next couple of day, came in while I worked and he went straight to work - serviced dryer and left.

Our technician was Alex. He showed up within the time frame we were told. That's important to me. He was very efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. He fixed the water system quickly and needed to go pick up a new defroster for the other refrigerator's freezer. The part did not seemed over-priced, and he returned quickly. For getting back 2 totally working refrigerators, we were very pleased to spend less than $230, rather than having to replace one of them for a minimum of $1200 or more! We are pleased to recommend Alex, for sure! I am assuming that the rest of the repair people are up to his standard.

Although it was more than I had hoped, I decided to repair it, as we had had no previous problems. We have had no problems since. All is well.

It was free when he came the second time. There weren't a thing I did not like about the man. In fact, I love the repairman. He is darling. He came before he said he would. Every time he comes out here to fix it, he fixed what was broken at the time. His price is excellent.

Our washer made a terrible noise that seemed to be getting worse, so we called them. They had an opening in their schedule that was reasonably soon and worked with my schedule. The repair man was nice and straightforward. Turned out there wasn't anything wrong, a part of the bottom outer frame had just gotten bent in our recent move and was scraping on the drum as it turned. He hammered it out quickly and then was done. It was a $60 service charge to come out to central Oak Ridge from Clinton, and a $30 fee for the hammering out of the frame. I have referred my friends to them as well.

They fixed it the same day that I brought it over to them. Originally they were wanting to get to it early the next week, but since it would have been difficult for me to get off work during the week to pick it up they went ahead and did it that same day. Great service!

I called the Anderson AP and S at around 8 am Monday morning and they came over before noon the same day. They quickly went to work, identified the problem, and solved the issue. They were personable and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the response time and the price was reasonable. I would use this company again.

The tech showed up on time. He found the problem pretty quickly and had the parts on his truck. The repair was finished pretty quickly and my dryer was once again running. He found a problem with the front panel being loose and he fixed it and now my dryer runs more efficiently (50 min for reg load instead of 65 or 70) I mentioned a noise in my washer and the nice technician spent quite a while taking the washer apart and identifying the problem. He then gave me an estimate for the repair of the washer. I couldn't afford it now, but he gave me 30 days to do the repair for the same estimated price w/o incurring another "trip" charge. Speaking of the "trip" or service call charge, Anderson Appliance has the lowest charge for their initial visit of anyone in the area. Considering the value of their work, that's a genuine bargain.

Very well, very knowledgable, definitely would use them again. The serviceman took the dryer apart and showed me the problems and gave me estimates for repair, but it seems I will be getting a new dryer.

Most Excellent service. They came out and figured out what was wrong with the freezer, didn't have the part on the truck (it seems it breaks fairly often on these fridges, and he'd used the last one before he got to my house), was back bright and early Monday morning to put it in... Freezer started working and he left. I was beyond impressed with the price, and the service I received both on the phone and in person. Freezer went out again (different part) and they came back replaced the next part, still wonderful service, and rates. Third time (our freezer's fault not theirs) they came out, they paid for the part, and the labor and were STILL wonderful people even though we had spent the week bugging the daylights out of them over our stupid fridge/ freezer. After reading this to my mom (her freezer) she wants me to add that she thought the prices were extremely reasonable, and that they were highly professional, she has found her new appliance repairmen.

The handle the guy used to replace our already broken handle was chipped too. The minute I got home it was the first thing that I noticed so he must have seen it. It was either broken already or he broke it when he installed it. Before this, I would've given them an A for service but they have given me the run around about this so I probably would not use them again. The work was done under warranty.

Our stove door locks shut when is set to clean itself and there was some kind of problem with it and the guy from Anderson's knew just how to fix it. I thought it was just a problem with some wiring or a connection of some sort. He did a minor repair and the thing worked just fine.

I really liked that they were very easy to make an appointment with, and that they showed up on time. He explained everything he would be doing and discussed all prices with me before hand. When he was done he cleaned up all the water that had come out and left me with some information.
