angela is professional, knowledgeable, gives a fair estimate of price and crew arrives on time, according to schedule, performs work as promised and when several months later, there appeared to be some water entering the basement area, Mike returned, examined the problem, which was not caused by poor quality but by a plumbing pipe leak, and amazingly, made a minor repair resolving the issue, without charging for a repair that the company was not responsible for. Would highly recommend and while not the cheapest, or the highest of the bids received, there price, work, and approach to the problem was the most reasonable and cost effective of the bids. Very pleased!

They were on time and the basement has not flooded even though we have had floods so bad that school was cancelled.

I called Stay Dry to evaluate possible water in my garage. Angela came out and did an extensive examination of the problem which included running water on the outside wall of the garage for approx 30 minutes and digging up the french drain on the outside of the garage. After the water had been running on the wall for awhile, she then went back inside the garage to check if it was leaking or if the walls were holding any water. She had a meter to check water in the walls as well as performing a physical inspection. No water was found, I had insulated my garage last winter and when it was closed up for an extended period of time during the summer it wasn't breathing-that's what was causing the extra humidity in the garage. I had over insulated. I needed to run a fan and remove some of the insulation to resolve my problem. While she was there, I asked her about the vapor barrier in my crawl space and she told me that it needed to be thicker and and cover all of the crawl space. I hired her company to fix that. It was also discovered that I needed to extend an air conditioner drain line. I have lived here for 6 years and she is the only one to discover that the drain line was too close to my house's foundation. Mike and the workers came out and had everything completed within an hour-drain extension and vapor barrier installation. They were extremely nice, clean and professional. I would totally recommend Stay Dry and would not hesitate using them again. A+.

I called because we had water seeping through the wall in the basement. He was here the day after I called and arrived early. He reviewed our situation and said we didn't actually need waterproofing. The drain at the downspout was not attached and it had caused the problem. He said all we needed to do was get it re-attached and clean the wall where we had water enter. Extremely honest.

Good, quick, clean work. I have used them before and had no problems with moisture in the basement. (This work was done on another section not done previously.) The service was reasonably priced, and these guys kept the premises clean (put up plastic sheeting, cleaned up thoroughly when finished.) The came promptly and finished the work quickly.

Great people and even better work. They showed up early and got the job done quickly and without a mess. Angela was amazing and very informative.

Mike, the owner, was very friendly the day of the job. He got there on time and got right to work. Workers were very courteous. Cleaned up and left everything neat and nice.

We were pleased with the work and the results. Since the work was performed, we have had no more water problems in that area. We did have to replace the carpet and repaint the area ourselves.
