The door on my microwave needed replacement. I called GE and the part cost $80.00. I found appliance pro parts on Angie's list . I got the exact part needed in four days. I needed help with the install and called them.They helped with the install . My son came over and installed it. I would recommend them, use them again for parts.

Everything went fantastic. This company prides itself on a very fast turnaround for parts. I can see where this would be very important if you needed to part to get your refrigerator working again. The part I needed was simply a replacement grill for the water dispenser. Nothing that was an emergency, just something we needed to have replaced. I placed the order late on March 3 and received an e-mail from the company on March 4 stating that there was an error made at the warehouse and my order did not ship until that day. For that error they gave me a nice discount on my current item and future order. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't consider a company that mails out an item the next day after an order to be 'delayed'. I wish more companies could have a turnaround time like that and here these guys were apologizing for it! It was refreshing to have customer service like this, something I thought was long gone. I would definitely use this company again for anything I need. Their web site is also extremely user friendly. If you select an item, there is a place for you to enter your model number and it will check to make sure that part is compatible with your appliance. Works really well and makes you confident that you are ordering the proper replacement part.

Light bulb on bottom of microwave oven mounted over the stove went out and my husband broke the bulb when trying to remove it. Therefore, we had nothing with which to use to get a new bulb - no number, no voltage info, no bulb shape, nothing. Found AppliancePartsPros.com online, entered the model number of the microwave oven, they provided advice of which bulb was needed and we ordered 2 bulbs so we would have a spare. The 2 bulbs were shipped the following day and we received 2 days later. The bulbs were exactly what we needed. Cost was $3.48 per bulb with $6.95 shipping cost. I have added them to my "emergency contact" list for anytime in the future that I need an appliance part!

Superb, fast delivery! The CS rep was very helpful in trying to find the correct part. Since Maytag is now part of the Whirlpool Co., the item # had a different code. Delivery was made the very next day by using regular mail. Now that is service!!

We had an appliance repair man come to the house to repair our dishwasher. We were told that our dishwasher needed a certain part that they would have to order and that it would take two to three weeks for delivery. The appliance repair company contacted us when the part they ordered arrived. We picked up the part and took apart the dishwasher (thanks YouTube videos!). It turned out that the part the repair company ordered was not the part that was actually broken. We got online, found Appliance Parts Pros.com and found the part that we needed. We ordered the part at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday and received the part before 11:00 a.m. the next day. NOTE: This was not expedited shipping, but the company's standard shipping through FedEx ground delivery. And yes, it *was* the right part. Absolutely wonderful service and highly recommended!

Every thing went great except the shipper took the full 5 days to supply the part.USPS would have been much faster. FedEX ground sounds great but in this part of the country they are very slow.

Easy to use website. I have ordered 4 different times from Appliance Parts Pros. Even though I pick standard shipping I got the parts overnight for 3 of the orders, and on the 2nd day for 1!!! We had a need for two new drum support rollers and a new belt for our Maytag dryer. We knew what the part numbers were for each item. I Googled my dryer model number and part numbers and came up with some places to choose from to order these parts. When I searched on Appliance Parts Pros site, it was very user friendly, the prices were somewhat lower and it allowed me to check the compatibility for the model number of our dryer and these parts. My Norton antivirus also showed it to be a safe site and Google trusted. I placed the order and got immediate confirmation. We were then notified that delivery would be the very next day. The parts were delivered the next day. We were able to replace the worn-out parts on our dryer with the new parts. The parts were easy to look up and the shopping easy. Videos of how to do the repairs were also easy to find.

I received my part a couple days before expecting it, most likely because of the location of the shipping point. I installed it into my stove and the element still did not heat. I made sure that I had it installed correctly, and still could not get it to work. So, I went to the APP website and posted a question (although after looking through other questions, I was pretty sure of the answer). I received an answer back in about 1 1/2 days, and learned that I most likely also blew out my board. They also directed me to the correct board for my stove. It was going to be another $168 to purchase it (+ shipping). So, my husband and I discussed it and went looking for a new stove. In the end, we opted to put the approx. $250 towards a new stove instead of repairing the old one. At that point I went to the APP web site and clicked on returns and was able to get a return authorization for the element in about 3 minutes. That made me very happy. It the end result, I will go to this web site any time I need parts for electric parts in my home. They are tops in my books!

I ordered three Freezer parts online. IIt was indicated that shipment would take 5-7 days ( I did not order expedited ). I was going to be out of town, but I would be back before the 5 day period. The first shipment arrived 2 days later ( maybe 3 ). When my son found the box, there was only 1 part in it. I waited a while ( about a week ) assuming that the balance of the order would show up. When it didn't, I contacted the seller after I had checked shipping status. My recollection is that the Shipper originally indicatd that it would be in 2 deliveries. When I contacted the seller their response was that all 3 parts were delivered in one shipment. We went back and forth, and eventually I gave it up. About 2 weeks later a second part was delivered. I had no interest in continuing the conversation with the Seller, and hoped that the final part might eventually find it's way to my house. Customer service seemed to be replying from a 'playbook' , so yes, I wasn't happy with them either. The intreresting thing I noticed on their website was a question on the order page. It asked if I was a member of Angie's list. I said no. Obviously that was the wrong answer..

Both Home Depot and Lowe's were out of them, but they offer free shipping. Appliance Pro's online chat person was very helpful and found the part for me, I couldn't find it on the site myself. It will be here in 2 days but the shipping was not free. I just glad to have filtered water again!

The central control unit failed on my Kenmore HE2t washer and I found AppliancePartsPros.com on the Internet. I was able to enter my model number and their site displayed the part I needed. I was a little concerned because the part numbers did not match what I had found on other sites, but I placed the order anyway. Even with overnight shipping the price was lower than what I had found on other sites that didn't offer an overnight shipping option. The part arrived as schedule and I plugged it in and my washer is now working again. Very pleased with the ease of use of their web site and the delivery as promised.
