Description of Work: I have called Appliance Parts Pros a number of times to ask for advice on how to fix something. They have always been so helpful over the phone, getting me going in the right direction for fixing something. In 2012, I ordered a new part for our dishwasher from them. However, upon replacing the part, we found out that it wasn't that part that needed replacing, but rather something more substantial and costly, which prompted us to buy a new dishwasher. We returned the new part and received a full refund.

Description of Work: I ordered a replacement door latch for my dishwasher from Appliance Parts Pro's website. I know nothing about appliance parts and repairs but the website made it easy to find what I needed. The part was reasonably priced and arrived very quickly. I was able to make the repair myself following a how-to video I found on the internet, but this company also states that you can call them for advice. If you would like to try a DYI appliance repair, I highly recommend this company for purchasing the parts.

Description of Work: I always buy parts from them for my gas stove, furnace, and refrigerator. I always use them as a vendor even if their prices are slightly higher, because of their reliable service after the sale. Parts always come quickly and exactly as described. I've done business with them as needed for 14 years, and will continue to due so in the future.

Description of Work: They confirmed the error code on my stove (which I had already told him) and told me that the OEM no longer offered a replacement for the bad circuit card. That was no help. Okay, so the OEM does not offer a new CCA. So why couldn't the service company trouble shoot and repair the bad component(s) on the CCA?? Seems like a lot of money for no help at all.
