Description of Work: I contacted them with an interest in buying a kitchen aid refrigerator and they made no effort to contact me in regard to a potential purchase.

Description of Work: I needed replacement parts for my dryer. They had a section to ask questions, I did ask and they answered eventually. Their site said response within 48 hours, it took 4 days. I replaced the parts but have to order more parts because it did not fix the problem. This time it is $50.00 for parts. Repair videos are a little hard to find also. Other than that, shipping is extremely fast and will continue to do business with them.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time we tried to use them. On two different occasions now they couldn't show up.we took off work both times. Once after waiting all day they called and canceled. They 2nd time, (I even called to make sure someone would show up), they came on the wrong day and didn't bother to call. They lost our business for sure!
