Description of Work: I originally called for service on my dryer. Instead of providing a technician, they provided the insight and detail as to how to make the repair myself. Bottom line, great customer focus, providing excellent information on exactly how to repair the dryer, and sold and shipped the part that I needed. I was able to fix the dryer in 20 minutes after receipt of the part. Saved a lot of money making the repair myself.

Description of Work: This company is great, they sell parts so you can fix appliances yourself for a tenth of what it would cost to hire a repair person. And they provide very detailed videos that show exactly how to make the repair. I was able to replace the broken springs on my dishwasher for around $22.00. I had the exact same repair done on a dishwasher previously and they charged $240.00.

Description of Work: This was not a service, it was an appliance part purchase. The inner drum in my Maytag washing machine that is only about 6 years old began to rust around the holes, getting rust on our clothes. Maytag wants a ridiculous amount of money for a replacement drum and paying to have my washer fixed was too costly so I turned to AppliancePartsPros.com, purchased the part and installed it myself. Delivery was very fast.

Description of Work: 4/9 initial diagnosis got paid. |4/16 came with part but there tools broke |4/23 came back install parts but washer still leaking. They told my tenant that they will call me. Two weeks past no calls. I end up buying new unit which they could have told us on the first day that they are not capable of fixing the problem.
