I ordered parts late Wednesday evening and parts were delivered the following Friday afternoon (great!). I opended the box (labeled Whirpool) and saw that 2 plastic plugs and 2 metal cover plates were missing. I immediately called customer service and explained the situation. Customer rep Kecia was very professional, appologized for the mistake and re-shipped. She explained lead time was up to 5 days which was unfortunate since I was planning to work on the dryer on the weekend. To my surprise I received the replacement order the following day with all parts in included. It looks like AppliancePartsPros also opended the box to confirm all parts were included prior to shipping. Overall rating gets an "A". Although parts were missing (hence the "B" quality rating) I think this was more likely a Whirlpool issue and not AppliancePartsPros fault. I was also very impresses with customer service since they immediately rectified the issue and refunded my original shipping charge. To top it off the new shipment came in the next day so I could work on my dryer as planned. Overall I would have to say it turned out to be a positive experience and I will definitely do business with them again if the need arises. It is nice to know that great customer service still exists in some companies.

I needed a refrigerator handle, so I ordered one from AppliancePartsPro.com. I searched the internet for the part, and this company had the best price. Their website was very helpful in finding the part, and it was very easy to place the order. I placed the order on Friday, May 17th, and selected the standard shipping. To my surprise, the part was received the following day, which was a Saturday. It was the correct part, so I was thrilled this this company and their service!

Ever since we purchased our home in May 2012, the storage drawer under the stove made an awful screeching sound every time it was opened or closed. I finally pulled out the drawer and looked it over to see what the problem could be and decide whether I could fix it or not. I found that one of the rear drawer glides was so severely worn/damaged, that I presumed that it might be the culprit. So I went to the internet with my appliance model number to search for a replacement part. After checking 3 or 4 vendors, I decided on AppliancePartsPros.com because they had the lowest price for this particular part coupled with cheapest shipping. I selected 2 new rear drawer glides and standard shipping and placed the order sometime on May 15, 2013. Big surprise was that the parts were delivered by FedEx on 5/17/2013. I was not expecting delivery before the beginning of next week. Parts were exactly what I ordered - put them on and no more screeching!

The website says that their standard rates normally provide really quick shipping, so that's what I reluctantly chose because I needed the parts right away. They told the truth! I got my parts in 5 days, which included a weekend!! And to top it off, they were just what I ordered and needed and were new in the box and packaged extremely well. Love this place!

I had a repairman make a service call on a Saturday to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. He said it was the motor and quoted me almost $200 to replace it and that he would have to order the motor. All total about a week before he could install it. After he left I looked it up online and found prices from $33 to $60. When he called back Monday morning and said he had lost the model number I looked it up again and went ahead and ordered the part myself. Appliancepartspros.com was the cheapest price online and because I had ordered washing machine parts from the before I decided to go with them again. The part was shipped right away and I received it in only 2 days. I installed it myself in only a few minutes and saved about $120. I was very happy overall.

Had heard service was good. Checked the price for a facsia panel for our dishwasher, price was good, and I placed the order. The panel arrived scratched up -- either not inspected or sent with known damage. I called and they sent a new panel. It did not arrive due to Fedex delivery error (delivered to wrong house), and I ordered the part from another firm and received it promptly and in good condition. The panel from Partner Pros was delivered to my neighbor's house and was brought to my house several days later and I returned it to Fedex unopened. Partner Pros gave me a refund and apologized. Would not make a recommendation one way or another.

I needed my washing machine working and i had already waited for the part to come by mail. the technician was nice enough to swap it out with a working part at no cost to me and fixed my machine.He told me the part could have been rebuilt and thats why it didn't work. He did say his company had ordered parts from this company before with no problems. I didn't contact the company because the technician replace the part. I was very happy with the price and how fast they shipped it but it didn't matter when they sent me a bad part that was possibly refurbished.

I went on line to Appliance Part Pros web site. I put in the model number. Up popped the diagrams of my washer and I identified the part quickly. I ordered the part on Friday morning. They claim same day shipping if order is in by 4pm. They had 3 shipping options, overnight, next day and fast. Fast was the slowest but they claimed it was fast. I opted for fast. By 2:00 they sent an email that it was shipped with the tracking number. By Saturday noon the part was in my mail box having come from Albany, NY by FedEx. In comparison I had looked at other sites where I couldn't find the part or the schematic. I also found it on the Sears site where it was about a dollar more and they offered within 48 hour shipping. (they did not carry the part at the local Sears parts outlet) I had used these folks for a dryer part 2 years ago and there was a question about the part from the diagram. I called and got a person quickly and they had a person in the warehouse check to answer my question. It was just like using the old parts store but these guys have more parts and I didn't have to drive to the store and then be disappointed by them not having the part.. And apparently they do this nationwide.
