This online store has a HUGE variety of parts for pretty much every major appliance out there. First good thing is that the parts got to my house FAST. Like, less than 48 hours fast. Second good thing: the price for the parts was more than reasonable, and half of what the manufacturer wanted to charge me. The process was easy and it was really easy to find the correct parts on the site. When I placed the order, (third good thing) my order confirmation came instantly, and they're part of Google's protection plan, which gave me extra assurance (I was recently burned by an online vendor, so this was crucial). Thank you for making my dryer repair less painful (at least where replacement parts are concerned). I will absolutely be using this vendor again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Dave explained the problem with the washer and looked up the cost to fix the machine. He was able to get back to me the same day with the estimates for the repair. He also9 answered two questions we had about other appliances we were having issues with.

Provided requested parts. Parts were shipped and received within two days. A competitor couldn't guarantee shipping for at least a week.

Local parts dealer wanted $87.50 for control, plus PA state sales tax, and said that it had to be ordered and will be in 2-3 days with no shipping cost. Control $87.50 Tax: $5.25 Mileage $11.00 (20 miles round trip for me to pick up control @ 55 cents per mile. Total: $103.75 Found AlliancePartsPros.com on the internet. Good parts display and information. Control $56.62 Tax: $3.40 Ship: $6.95 (2-3 days) Total: $66.97 Total saved by using AppliancePartsPros.com= $36.78 But the very best thing about this whole purchase is that I had purchased the control at 4:24 PM on 7-17-2013, and a FedEx van was backing down my driveway this morning 7-18-2013 at 9:10 AM, and this was not an expedite overnight order. We ordered the appropriately priced (compared to other online stores) part on SUNDAY for our Whirlpool washer and received it in the mail on TUESDAY!! SUPERFAST SHIPPING!! I haven't found a better source for appliance repair parts anywhere. I've used this company several times. Prices are the best I've seen and in-stock status has been great. Very rapid shipping times on in-stock items. Will always go here first for appliance repair parts.

I have found thier web site to be very both the parts diagrams and model /equipment lookup. Oredering is simple and I have been very happy with the shipping.

I've used Appliance Parts Pro on several occasions and have always gotten exactly what I needed. Other places, such as Sears, have always proven to be a gamble as to what part will actually be sent due to variations in models and configurations. Once you get a wrong part part if usually doesn't pay to pay to ship it back and pay for another mystery part to be shipped. These guys get it right every time.

We ordered a new circuit board for our refrigerator on Monday evening. The site said that orders placed after 4pm normally take two business days, which we assumed meant Thursday -- Tuesday to ship, then two days. We were very surprised and pleased to get the board late on Wednesday. Life is inconvenient without a refrigerator, so the quick delivery was very nice. Most sites try to push you into more expensive delivery options if you want it sooner; this was the only site I can ever recall that actually encouraged users to choose the cheaper shipping option on the grounds that 91% of their orders were delivered in 2 business days. The fact that they actually met their own stringent standards for the lower rate was really refresshing. The board worked flawlessly.

I needed to replace a heating element in my 20 year old oven. I went on line to AppliancePartsPros.com & watched a how to video, then I cross checked the model number of my oven...ordered the part, it arrived 2 days later. I needed a new drain pump for my Kenmore washing machine. I used Google to diagnose the problem and determine which part I needed. After that, I went to AppliancePartsPro.com to order the part. Their website is pretty easy to use. You can search by the appliance model number or by your part name/number if you know it. There are schematics for all parts and repair videos for everything I've ordered so far (this was my fourth order with them). These make ordering the exact part you need very easy and greatly help with installation. Parts are cheaper than ordering from Sears. Order fulfillment is fabulous! I ordered on a Sunday night and the part arrived Tuesday morning with their basic shipping option. Installation instructions were included with the drain pump, and I had the part replaced fairly quickly.

Part arrived in two days. Very happy with prompt service and discounted price. Postage a little steep for such a small part, can understand a lot of paper work. Just happy to obtain the part,since Home Depot was no help.

The website has an extensive parts catalogue. All the parts I needed for my 14 year old washer were available. There are also additional repair help pages on the site. Ordering on the website was easy and quick. Shipping was a reasonable price and quick.

Part arrived VERY quickly, was the correct part and dishwasher was repaired in about 15 minutes by myself, saving, by my estimate, over $100!!

Part was in stock and arrived in a few days. Online instructions, Q&A issues, etc. were great except for that they assume you know how to get the "shell" off of the machine, and that was one of the hardest parts. Some parts snap off, but you don't want to just start prying things off that possibly don't pry and break them. The repair itself wasn't that difficult. Part worked, and washing machine is running again. Price was fair (about $175), but could have gotten it for about $100 on another site with a very stringent return policy. I guess part of what you are paying for is the ability to return the part if it doesn't work or if that wasn't what was wrong with your machine. It was worth it to me to pay more since I really wasn't sure I would be able to do the repair - very new to me. Still saved me over $250 for the installation. I was quoted $409 plus tax ($447 here) by two different repairmen, and paid only $175 plus about an hour and a half of our time. A pro could have done the job in less than 30 minutes so we would have been paying an awful lot for a repairman to do something we could do ourselves. Thanks so much!
