This is second time I have used AppliancePartsPros.com for repair parts. Their website is easy to use, prices are competitive, part are good quality, and shipping is the best. Dryer started acting up over weekend. Looked up failure mode on their web site and identified probable parts required to fix. Ordered parts on Tuesday, tracking indicates they were shipped on same day and are scheduled for Wednesday using standard shipping. Expect to have dryer repaired by the weekend. Definitely my first go to place when I need appliance repair parts.

I really like the details offered on their website especially the parts schematics. The video tutorials are very helpful as well. They ship very quickly and have always had what I needed in stock.

AppliancePartsPros.com is a great website for the DIY'ers! If you know the brand name and model # of your appliance, it is easy to navigate to the part(s) you may need. And if you don't know what part you need, there is a section to help you find it, according to the problem you may be experiencing (my washer had stopped agitating and spinning but would still drain). The best thing about the website (for me at least -- a 65-year old woman!) was the video that accompanied the part showing the step-by-step process for correct installation. I'd start the video, pause it to perform one step, and then continue to pause/perform (and sometimes rewind) until I was done. Although the S/H cost almost as much as the part, it was well worth it and certainly saved me a lot of $$ over hiring a repairman.

No only did the online person identify the proper part in a short time but offered to order the part for me, filling out the order form. and the best part is that the handle arrived the next day. The whole process was taken care of very professionally.

Excellent. The part was exactly what was needed and video instructions were very useful and went pretty much as was on the instructions. Was an easy repair of the ERC part and my gas range is working perfectly. Part arrived very quickly also.
