Then I received the item within two days with only the cost of standard shipping. I installed the part within 5 minutes of receiving it and started the wash cycle immediately. I could not be happier. Called a local guy to replace oven ignitor. Installed a different ignitor telling me the one I needed was no longer made. When we tried it out, the ignitor took too long to light the gas causing a mini explosion. I sent him packing along with his ignitior. Went on the net and found the past I needed. Appliance Parts Pros had my ignitor in stock and over nighted it to me. Great service. Just installed it and all is well.

Had broken a plastic crisper drawer on our fridge. Needed it asap and originally called Sears for the part. They wanted $74.99 for the drawer and $12.95 shipping and said I would have it in 7 to 10 days. Found Appliance parts Pros on the web and ordered the part for $34.95 and $6.95 shipping. I ordered a replacement gasket for my freezer. I have ordered from Appliance Parts Pros before and they are excellent. Super fast shipping. The last time I ordered an incorrect part and they took it back with no problem. Their web site also has many videos showing how to install the parts. I'm in awe! I contacted ApplianePartsPros.com just to see if they carried a couple of oven parts for my 1980's Roper oven. I've been told that I can no longer get parts for this oven. I clicked on "chat" out of curiosity and Nancy came on line. It's Sunday. She sent me the link for both of the parts. I ordered them. Unbelievable!

Correct parts arrived on time. Generous return policy is great - didn't end up needing the dryer heater coil, so sending it back, even though it's 3 months later. Will use them next time I need parts. Helpful site and forum too for troubleshooting and finding the possible culprits.

On-line they had stock, I placed the order with next day delivery... As Monday was a holiday, I expected to see it on Wednesday... Wednesday comes, no indication it has been shipped... I call... They are sorry, it is on back order...normally we are contacted...didn't happen...

He did not give up. Shipping and billing info was collected carefully. Other than initial (understandable) wait, could not have been a more pleasant or successful purchasing experience.

This provider is excellent. They have an extensive inventory of appliance parts. The part I required was purchased through their website, which is very easy to navigate. Prior to ordering, I asked their technical department (through an online message) to confirm that the problem I was experiencing would be fixed with the part I was ordering. I also asked technical questions with respect to the appropriate way to wire the new part. Their response to my questions was excellent. They confirmed I was ordering the correct part and they followed up with a service manual for the cooktop as well as a wiring diagram to use as part of the installation. I ordered the part on 8/28. It arrived the next day! (I did not pay for overnight shipping). I installed the part the day after it arrived using the instructions and wiring diagram provided. All is working perfectly. The service was excellent. I ordered the part in the afternoon on 8-28-13. I received it at 9:00 am on 8-29-13. I only paid $6.95 for standard shipping. They said on their website that they average 1.7 days delivery for this shipping option. Well they lied. Ha ha. The heating element got here in about 0.7 days. WOW! Don't bother paying for their more expencive other shipping options. I got it quicker than Fed-X. The part was a perfect fit. I will use them again if needed. I will recommend them to anyone. I was empressed.

Parts were easy to find and order. Very detailed parts diagram and listings made it easy to find the parts and make the repairs (and I had never overhauled a clothes dryer before).

However, after I checked out the Filter, it was DISGUSTING. I went to AppliancePartsPlus, put in my Model number and found the Filter. Double checked the Part I picked with our Model Number, the popup indicated it was compatable. Extremely Easy, part is on its way should have before the weekend.
