It went very well. I ordered two adjusters for a Kitchenaid dishwasher because the original parts broke allowing the wheels to come off the adjusters and allowed the basket to fall off the rails. They shipped them promptly arriving in two days.

Very easy if you are willing to pick up a screw driver and do it yourself!

The salesman (Joe Quinn) at Appliance Smart recommended AppliancePartsPros.com to replace my Kitchenaid dishwasher silverware basket. As Joe stated, the low price was found online at their site. I ordered the silverware basket on Friday morning and paid for standard shipping. To my amazement, the silverware basket was delivered the very next morning--a Saturday!! It is a factory part, made in the U.S.A. Needless to say, I am very pleased!

These guys are great. My experiences with their service has been top notch on both occasions. I placed this order on 11/20 at 2 PM and the knobs were delivered by FedEx at 11 AM on 11/21. With Thanksgiving around the corner and 4 of the 5 knobs broken my wife was most appreciative of the rapid service. The knobs were perfect. Oh, by the way, the price was much less than the OEM Parts Select website, $28 or Sears Parts Direct, $22.

I needed door parts for an older fridge. It was easy to use the website. All you do is Input the brand of the fridge and the model number and a picture diagram of the parts pops up. You copy down the the number of the part you want and scroll down the list which is under the picture on a split screen. Next, push the "buy it" button and you're done. I ordered them on 11/18/2013 and they came 11/19/2013 just after 1:00 pm by USPS. Parts well backed in bubble wrap envelope. Would use them again.

I had called Frigidaire with the part number on the crisper. They told me I needed the model number of the fridge. So I called back with it and they told me that was not a model number and they couldnt help me. So I found Appliance Parts Pros online sent an email and they told me the part number I needed. Two days later I received the crisper and it was the one I needed. I was flabbergasted that the manufacturer could not help me and Appliance Parts could within a few minutes.
