Somehow they found the part and had it shipped to us three weeks later. I have page marked this company and will use them for all part related orders in the future.

Amazing service! I ordered the parts online Christmas day and they were delivered by Friday the 27th by mid morning even though I only paid for standard shipping. I would definitely recommend this company for any appliance parts. Website was very easy to navigate also.

With the model number in hand you just type it in on the search function. Drawings come up with the various parts and you find the picture of the part and add it to your cart. Pretty simple! They tell you if the part is in stock, when it will be sent and then sent you the tracking information in an e-mail. The only thing that I do is because we have a PO Box I include our physical address on the second line when entering the shipping address. If your credit card has a mailing address at your PO Box you have to list it, other wise the charge may not go through. By adding the physical address you are covered depending on how your package gets sent. Also remember that with a PO Box your physical address may not show up on Google Map since Google uses the USPS database to build their location database.

Parts were correct, arrived quickly even with the holiday the next day. The parts corrected the problem and the washer was repaired in record time for only the cost of two new parts. The cost was less than most other sites on-line (including Sears).

Best and fastest service ever! They must have a teleporter to deliver items. I purchased a new oven and the outside glass on the stove was broken while we were bringing it home. I was heartbroken. I took a day to search online for a new glass. This store had the best price by far. I ordered the piece at 4 pm on Thursday. I had it on my doorstep at 2 pm on Friday. I don't know how that is even possible. I paid $5 for shipping. It arrived beautifully packed, was in perfect condition and in 15 minutes my oven was back to new! I will be back without a doubt. Incredible service. Needed to order a small part for a washing machine in house i just moved into. Found and ordered the part with no trouble. The following day I received and email and phone call from Appliance Parts Pros indicating that since the billing address did not match what the credit card company had on file (i had changed it but i guess it had not changed in the system yet), the part was cancelled and i needed to reorder. They also left a number for me to call, which i did. They were so nice and professional and had my part reordered in no time. And to top it all off i still received the part in one day! I will definitely re-order from Appliance Parts Pros. I may even order a part from them just to have something go right on a bad day!

Their website is easy to navigate and parts are easy to find using diagrams. All you need is the model number of the appliance. Prices are good and shipping is not outrageous. Good company to do business with.

I ordered the part at 10:30 AM it was shipped at 3:13PM. I received the part the next day before I got home at approx 2:00PM. Excellent response time and the part was an original OEM part not a cheap replacement. THNX.

It went great. I got a quick confirmation email. The following day I received an email with my tracking number. The package arrived as described in two business days! Very fast shipping through FedEx. The part was also easy to find.

My microwave started sparking on a Sunday evening. Research on the internet indicated that I needed a wave guide cover replacement. Sure enough, I checked my microwave and there was a cover inside that seemed to be burned out. I researched internet sites for replacement covers. I have an unreliable Maytag Centenial washing machine. It would not fill with water or agitate, but it would spin and drain. I sent a description of my problem to AppliancePartsPros.com and they diagnosed a bad water load sensor and gave me a link to order the part. They have a 365 day return policy if the part doesn't fix your problem, so I ordered it in the evening of 12/9/13, and the part was at my door on 12/11/13. And we had snow and black ice on 12/12! I looked at the old part, figured out how to get it out and how to get the new part in, plugged in the wires and my washing machine is working!!! No running around trying to find the part, rapid delivery and easy returns!

I purchased a part for my refrigerator that had stopped working. After looking at several websites, I found AppliancePartsPros. On their website it stated next day shipping to Tennessee, since they are located in Tennessee and I am too, I thought "Perfect". Although they were higher in price than other sites and I would have to pay Tennessee sales tax, the next day delivery made the decision for me. I ordered the part Friday at approximately 9 am cst. I got an email that showed it shipped out the same day with an estimated delivery of Saturday and everything looked great. I waited and waited Saturday for my delivery. "Nothing!" At 5:30 pm cst I looked at the tracking through FEDEX and it showed a estimated delivery of Tuesday. I called AppliancePartsPro customer service and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, they basically told me I had been lied to or that I was lying. She said nobody there would say that they will deliver on Saturday. It will only deliver on Saturday if it is already on the truck! HUH!!! Sooooo, you are saying it "can" be delivered on Saturday? She told me I should have asked for and paid for next day delivery if that is what I wanted. I told her, doesn't make alot of sense paying for next day when I was told it would be delivered the next day. I told her if I had been told it was being delivered on Tuesday, I would have paid for next day. My Fridge is down...I "need" the part. She then said, well if you had paid for next day, it still wouldn't have been there til Monday. "That's Next Day?" After trying for 5 minutes to get a straight answer and her repeatedly telling me there is nothing she can do and they would never have told me it would be delivered on Saturday, I said forget it. She offered to refund my shipping and I told her I don't want it, I just want what I was promised. She said once again, "There is nothing I can do"! I said thank you and goodbye. I will never buy from this site again. I thought the customer service person was unprofessional by constantly telling me they would have never have told me that. Basically calling me a liar. It was no concession offering me a shipping refund. I paid $30 more through them because I was getting the part Saturday and they lied and then offered me $6.95 in "HUSH" money.

I've ordered parts from AppliancePartsPros.com several times. They always seem to have the parts I've needed to keep my Whirlpool electric range in repair. Prices are quite good compared to other places as well. They ship quickly and so far I've received the exact part I needed to make repairs. I've replaced wiring blocks, burner controls, burners,and drip pans. The web site makes it easy to find the correct part.

The company charges a $150 labor fee not matter how long (or short) it takes them to fix your problem. :(
