Description of Work: We contacted this company to provide a quote for a home we were thinking about buying. We wanted to know if we could upgrade the master bath, the back porch and the attic. We needed his quote so we could see if purchasing the home was something we wanted to do; if we did some renovation. The contractor said he would provide me with the quote in a few days. After a week I didn't hear anything so I called him back. He said just a few more days. I called again and he said the same thing. After 2 calls and 3 weeks, we gave up. He was very nice but his follow-up leaves something to be desired.

Description of Work: Detached garage. Great! Some delays due to subcontractors. Overall...very satisfied. They also did a great job with our sunroom addition.

Description of Work: Removed damaged drywall ceiling and crown moulding. Replaced all. Beautiful smooth ceiling replaced. I could not be happier with the quality of the work. The work was done quickly, the work was done right, the job schedule was kept on time and communicated well. I highly recommend Sutton construction to my neighbors

Description of Work: I had a water leak upstairs from the kitchen, that leaked into the bonus room and began to see mold in the corner wall. Mr. Lloyd from Sutton Construction came and looked and estimated the job at $1450..00. I did not expect the job to cost that much so I had to combine some resources because I needed to get rid of the mold. His son provides the estimate and the estimate is good for 30 days. Mr Lloyd did the work and he is a very pleasant man. Mr Lloyd worked with our schedule because we attend school and the are baby appointments. Mr Lloyd worked quickly and was punctual. I did not know that when you request and estimate, it does not include painting, but Mr Lloyd went ahead and matched the shade of purple paint, perfectly. I paid in cash and he provided me with a written receipt. Then we discussed working on my deck.

Description of Work: Repaired minor plumbing issue. Replaced part of bathroom sub floor. Tiled full bathroom.
