1st call. left message. No response. Two weeks later, called 2nd time. This time I spoke with Bryan. He was not interested in doing this type of repair work. Suggested, I call a basement waterproofing company (we don't have a basement). Then he suggested I call a roofing company. Bryan was polite, but very dismissive. Bottom line, he is not interested in doing water leak and repair issues.

This was my first home improvement project more complicated than fixing a water heater. Bryan helped plan, coordinate 3rd party vendors and even ran around town trying to find items to match my brushed nickel finish. He was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what needed to be purchased or decided next, since I was completely unprepared for the amount of work this took on my part - so many decisions!! All of the men who came to help work on the bathroom were polite, punctual, personable and cleaned up after themselves. I work from home and even while in my office, the men were respectful of my space and the noise they were making. I can't say enough good things about Bryan's team. The finished product is so pretty I'm afraid to use it an mess it up! Bryan is permanently in my phone book and will be the first call for every future project. In fact, we are already starting to plan for finishing my 2200 sq ft basement!

I could not give Sutton Construction a high enough rating! Bryan and his team are hard working, punctual, professional, and have great integrity. From estimate to completion Bryan had excellent communication and quickly responded to me. His team is thorough and detail oriented. They patiently answered any and all questions I had and promptly and easily made any minor changes I requested. Our job did experience some hiccups, of no fault of Bryan's, and I greatly appreciated Bryan's willingness to work with us to the best of his ability to get our job completed as efficiently as possible. We are already planning future projects with Sutton Construction. If you go with Sutton Construction for your remodeling project you will be in excellent hands!

It's been two days, and I haven't heard anything. I messaged another top provider in Angi's List on the same day, and no reply from him in two days either, so I called a friend of mine, and asked him if he could do the job. My friend is comming over to look at the project in a couple days.

I did not give him the job. The only reason is that I have one of those big, one-unit front doors with the overhead glass and the side lights. Every contractor I spoke with wanted to replace the entire door because it comes as one piece. I ended up talking to the guy that actually builds these monstrosities for a local company and convinced him to come and replace the rotten pieces rather then the whole unit. It cost me $350 vs the 1600-1800 all the contractors quoted me. As the contractors go, Sutton was the most fair on price and schedule to complete.

I was impressed with 1. Prompt return of calls, delivered when promised, answered all questions whether sent by text, phone, email or in person. 2. Kept the work space clean of debris. I did no kind of clean up after the construction day or the job completion. 3. The work was done to standard, passed inspection on first visit. 4. I appreciated the Christian music on the radio, the clean conversations, the attitude of come on time, work hard, leave on time. 5. Over all a very positive contractor experience. I would use them again and can recommend their work without reservation.

They did a fabulous job on our bathroom remodel! Andrew came to give us an estimate for the job soon after we contacted him. We needed to keep the cost down and they worked with us to do that. They were able to get started on the job right away and the estimate was spot on. We will definitely call them again for projects at our home.

We were very impressed with Mr. Sutton and his staff. They were professional. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work they did for us. They cleaned up each day when they were finished and always asked us to check their work at the end of each day. I would recommended them to anyone needing a remodel on a bathroom.

Services were performed on time and instructions were followed to the letter. They kept the site clean and didn't have a lot of wasted materials. Bid was spot on and the work was high quality.

Sutton construction is a wonderful company. They were very professional, honest, prompt and friendly. They answered all of my questions in a prompt and thorough manner. The crew were carefully with our home (Not a single wall was scratch, carpet was not stained and no fragile items were damaged). I was very pleased with the quality of their work. The finishing on the arch and window look fantastic. I highly recommend this company. We will use them again for any home project.

I hired Sutton Construction to refloor my kitchen and to completely remodel a room in my basement. They gave me an unbelievable quote and stuck to that quote. They did an absolute super job on these projects. Their work was great and I was blown away by the results. I have already made plans to use them in the near future.

Everything went fine in the beginning, the support beam was put up correctly, the drywall was put in correctly, the flooring was put in right, the light switch was wired incorrectly, the finishing was terrible, and.the shelving was just a painted board. They at least came by to fix everything. Other then that they were at least professional.

I have plans renovate a few areas of our recently purchased home and had spoken with a couple of contractors about our ideas with negative results. But Andrew was on time, very responsive, and extremely polite and personable. His prices for estimates we received we all great, an as soon as things settle down a little we will be using his company- and I look forward to it.

Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable and took time to find out all that we needed before working up the estimate. He responded before our other bids, and was competitive in price. Due to the nature of the job, my wife and I decided to go with another bid, but we were very impressed and felt that with our planned interior remodel Andrew could be just the right person.

From the beginning, the Sutton's were super responsive, friendly and helpful. They got the job done quickly and responded well to all requests. If everyone were as professional, contracting house work would be very easy.

I found Andrew on Angies list with good reviews and contacted him prior to moving in to my new house. He promptly responded and met with my realtor to see the room and give me an estimate. Andrew's guys got started on our kitchen shortly after we moved in to the house. They were prompt, courteous and left the site clean at the end of the day. The gutted the kitchen and then reran wiring, expanded an opening in one of the walls, moved plumbing, tore up old flooring and then laid down new tile, pulled down all our old plaster and put up new drywall, finished out all of the trim, hung our crazy farmhouse sink, installed appliances, arranged gas lines to be re run, and installed all lighting. We didn't make this project easy with an old house with all of its quirks and unusual picks to put in the kitchen (check out the sink), but Andrew always was there with ideas of how to make things easier and less expensive (always a good thing) for us along the way. He was always easier to reach with any questions or concerns. I have been very pleased with all of the work that's been done, and in fact can't wait to save up the money to get these guys back out here to work on my next project.

We were given Andrew Sutton's name and number from our financial advisor who is a contractor for home remodelling. We contacted Andrew and set up an appointment for him to come out to the house so we could talk about what needed to be done. Andrew had many great ideas and told us the why's and why not's of what we had in mind. SWe agreed upon what we wanted and waited for the estimate. When we received the estimate, we agreed upon the process. We agreed that we would do the demlition of the old deck. Andrew and his crew showed up on time, and ready to work. Their work was to consturct teh new deck, it's roof, wire the lights and fan into it, and fix the basement wiring. They finished these jobs in a timely manner and if it were not for a few materiels that had a late delivery, the job would have been done without call back. I do not really place them coming back to install stuff that was not delivered on time in an actual 'call back' as it was not their fault. What we now have is a very spectacular deck to sit on and enjoy for many years to come. When we remodel the kitchen, the deck is already to code for the kitchen expansion. Andrew's brother Bryan who is also listed by the same trade name was part of this crew of very professional men. We look forward to doing business with them on each and every future home project. They are not only that good, they are also the kind of people one can trust with the keys to the house. I would recommend this company and their crew to anyone who needs work done and has a standard of professionalism that can be truly appreciated by all.
