Highly recommend Merrell Home Improvement. Several years ago they installed windows in my home with a lifetime warranty. Recently a couple windows were needing some attention. I reached out to Merrell via Facebook. The lady guided me through a few simple steps like taking pictures of the windows and taking pictures of the serial numbers. When the windows came in, they called me and we set up an appointment. The installer came and swapped out the windows and that was it. I am greatful and thankful for their kindness, professionalism, and for making this process very easy.

I work in construction myself, and I know a good contractor when I see one. He is a straight shooter and highly experienced. You simply don’t make it in the business as long as he has without doing solid work.

Description of Work: I had them bid on a job. I believe they were very overpriced for the work I wanted done. I wanted a simple deck overhang and they wanted to do a more detailed project. They were more interested in doing the project they wanted to do and not my project.
