Description of Work: They put in a brand new duel cooling/heating system in. They have been out here SEVERAL times because it was not working correctly. They recently replaced the new thermostat they put in with another thermostat and replace the outside thermostat. It worked for a couplet days and now is now working correctly. This has been beyond frustrating and if I could return this unit I would.

Description of Work: I had no heat from furnace and no heat in the house. It was freezing. With other providers they usually move ppl with no heat up on the priority list. They were late. I had to go to work late. I did not feel that there was great communication. On the brighter side they did not stop until they found the problem with furnace 1 and they didnt charge me the second time. Furnace 2 the problem was found and fixed. I didnt feel manipulated into something unnecessary. I didn't feel like i was being sold on something wrong.

We always strive to deliver the best and fairest service possible. Occasionally, when the weather is particularly bad, we have more calls than we can get to immediately. When that happens we put ALL of our customers with no heat or cool on our priority list and guarantee we will see them the same day they call (if we are contacted before 1 pm) in order to prevent them from going another day without heat, or cooling. Unfortunately, that means that there is a waiting period while we finish helping another customer in the same situation as you. I am sorry that you had to wait and and pleased that we were able to solve for problem quickly and for a fair cost.
