When that happens we put ALL of our customers with no heat or cool on our priority list and guarantee we will see them the same day they call (if we are contacted before 1 pm) in order to prevent them from going another day without heat, or cooling. Unfortunately, that means that there is a waiting period while we finish helping another customer in the same situation as you.
