it went well so fast. it just took half an hour to have someone in my place to look at my HVAC unit. The technician are knowledgeable and been able to rectify the problem.

Customer service was good. The technician was courteous, fast and seemed to know what he was doing. I won’t know if it is truly fixed until later today and or the near future. If the AC works correctly then it is fixed. If it doesn’t, it isn’t. I’m not an AC technician, or I would have fixed it myself

My thermostat was not working appropriately, resulting in warm air blowing on a cool setting. I contacted Mainstream and they had a technician ready to come out the same day. They replaced my thermostat and my unit was cooling once again. Thank you very much for getting my unit working correctly again!

Matthew was very knowledgeable and polite. He provided me with helpful information and didn’t automatically try to sell me a new unit as other companies have done. I definitely recommend Mainstream Heating and Cooling!

Service all around was excellent! I spoke with Mainstream Heating and Cooling on Monday morning about my issue and they worked me into their schedule the same day. Mainstream was awesome, the service repairmen were professional and personable. To my surprise, they replaced my 2 older WiFi thermostats that I purchased from them several years ago with 2 upgraded WiFi thermostats at no charge! Thank you very much Mainstream, the new thermostats are working great!

They diagnosed the problem and determined that nothing is wrong with the unit itself. The issue is coming from the thermostat. I’m dealing with the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Our Tech was Lil Bill he identified and corrected the problem right away. He remained on site to ensure that we were satisfied and our problem was solved.

They gave the lowest estimates. When they were going to be very late unexpectedly, the owner himself called to apologize and came out in place of the technician. We had a set amount of money, so he got us a better unit at a lower price in order to get us a better unit rather than just the cheapest one.

They said the cooling air compressor was going bad and then the guy we normally used was back again and he went out and looked at it and they found the different problem and it's working fine as far as we can tell. It appears right now that they misdiagnosed it. We needed somebody right away and we have tried some other folks and they couldn't get to it for a day or so and Mainstream said that they would get it on that same day they couldn't give me a time but they didn't, come on that same day and they got it working again. And then two or three days later it went out again and so I called them and asked him to go back and find out. The first time it was blowing fuse and so I asked him will you go back and find out what causes the fuse to blow because it blew again. So, they went back and this time they said that the compressor was good. They had purchased $1500 or $5000 replaced the whole thing and a replace with a fuse got it working again. So, we have a little bit of time to figure out what to do in our regular fellow I had a lot of compliment in because we've been using them a long time. So, they got back and they took a look at it and they found the different problem and doesn't think that the compressor was going bad. And instead of $1500 it could flack a $40 apart. I would not use this provider again in the future.

They didn't tell me that I was supposed to buy filters, we didn't have filters here when they came because they didn't communicate. They're price wasn't bad.

Technician was punctual, polite and professional. Task was accomplished in minimal time. I am very pleased. Office ladies were efficient, compassionate, and explained my options clearly. I was most favorably impressed.

Our first experience was great all around, from the sales to the ending inspection. Our second experience was not the best but ended on a good note. The salesman was horrible and never gave us a quote, even after several phone calls. After this the owner became involved and he was very responsive and took care of us completely. We had a few issues with the install crew and the superviser having miscommunication but again the owner took care of things and made everything right. Overall we are pleased and feel that njo one could beat Mainstream.

They do their utmost to be completely professional and do a good job.

Condensation was leaking into my basement from the AC unit. I had never dealt with mainstream heating and cooling previously. However, they responded to my call promptly and fixed the issue quickly. The technicians were profressional and courteous. I was extremely impressed and wil use them exclusively for all future maintenance.

I am on a plan with them; they come out and check my units and everything. Right through the year, if anything goes out, I can call them and they come out. They have very good plans to work with families and units. They are always reliable and on time. They are reasonably priced and their work has always been good.

Our experience was very good and very easy. We didn't realize they were there. They were in and out in a few hours.
