Customer service was good. The technician was courteous, fast and seemed to know what he was doing. I won’t know if it is truly fixed until later today and or the near future. If the AC works correctly then it is fixed. If it doesn’t, it isn’t. I’m not an AC technician, or I would have fixed it myself

My thermostat was not working appropriately, resulting in warm air blowing on a cool setting. I contacted Mainstream and they had a technician ready to come out the same day. They replaced my thermostat and my unit was cooling once again. Thank you very much for getting my unit working correctly again!

Service all around was excellent! I spoke with Mainstream Heating and Cooling on Monday morning about my issue and they worked me into their schedule the same day. Mainstream was awesome, the service repairmen were professional and personable. To my surprise, they replaced my 2 older WiFi thermostats that I purchased from them several years ago with 2 upgraded WiFi thermostats at no charge! Thank you very much Mainstream, the new thermostats are working great!

They diagnosed the problem and determined that nothing is wrong with the unit itself. The issue is coming from the thermostat. I’m dealing with the manufacturer to get a replacement.

When that happens we put ALL of our customers with no heat or cool on our priority list and guarantee we will see them the same day they call (if we are contacted before 1 pm) in order to prevent them from going another day without heat, or cooling. Unfortunately, that means that there is a waiting period while we finish helping another customer in the same situation as you.
