I was pleased with their work. I have got other work to be done other the house and so I would call them again. They were quick.

We like Hiller. They are all very friendly.

I would not use them again. They were priced very high. The did a pretty good job on the project but they were just to costly.

They came out when I called them and they did a great job.

I interact with them every three months. They charge a flat monthly rate. If your HVAC blows up you do have to pay for it. They do an annual heating inspection prior to the summer season, an annual air conditioner prior to the hot season and an annual plumbing inspection. A long with that since your under contract and do your inspections according to the maintenance schedule they offer a drastic discount if something goes wrong. For instance I had a HVAC unit on a brand new house I bought and something went bad. The part alone was over $300.00. In accordance with their maintenance schedule I think I paid maybe $30.00 out of pocket. They are a great company.

They are prompt. They are pretty good and they are fair on prices. I would use them again in the future.

The water heater in our home burst during the night, flooding two rooms. As it happens, my husband and I are also in the process of renovating our home. In one of the rooms we had stored what we jokingly referred to as "our life in boxes." In addition to it being an extra expense, the burst water heater was an absolute nightmare! The sight of contents of our life floating around a 14 x 22 foot room only compounded matters. After searching Angie's List for a plumbing company, and as a result of their great ratings, we decided to call Hiller Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Less than two hours after calling Hiller's, a plumbing technician (Joshua) was at our door! My husband and I were impressed with, and appreciated the professional manner in which he represented himself and Hiller's. He assessed the situation, talked with us about the solutions, gave detailed quotes and estimates. He was knowledgable with the products, and their warranties. My husband and I never felt pressured or rushed while we were given private time to make our decision. The new tank was installed in a very satisfactory time frame, and right on quote! We will most definitely continue to use Hiller Plumbing Heating and Cooling for our home. I can't forget to mention that we had just recently joined (less than a week) Angie's LIst. As a result of this, Hiller's $49.00 service fee was waived, and we were happy that Hiller's honored their $100.00 off coupon available to Angie's List members. There never is a good time for a catastrophe of any size or nature to occur, but it's very nice to know that there are good and honest companies, such as Hiller Plumbing Heating and Cooling when it does! The plumber was nice enough and fixed the problem. The coustmer service on the phone was horrible! She expressed her lack of interest to help me get my faucet fixed quickly and at a decent price. She set the tone for the rest of the night.

They provided excellent. They did everything on time and came over as soon as possible. They were total gentleman. Their quality of service is excellent as well.

The service was good and dependable. They were clean and did the job. They are expensive but they do dependable work.

Hiller Plumbing Heating and cooling came on time, they are professional and very thorough. They clean up after they are done. It gives me comfort knowing that they did not have to do any maintenance on my heater.

They are responsive to any service needs. They are polite and professional. They are here when they say they will be here, and they call you to remind you of your appointment. I do not mind having them in my home.

They came out and had the heating and air conditioning installed within the same day. They did an exceptional job. When they tell you they'll be there, they'll be there.You can call them 24 hours a day and they respond right away.

My main drain to house was clogged. All drains in house had standing water. toilets could not flush. Not a pleasant way to wake up in morning. Must go to work. Called several plumbers. Only these guys were willing to put me at top of list since I could not even get ready for work. Plumber showed up quickly. He was very professional. I asked if I could watch. He allowed it talking me through the process. He quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared the jam. I will call them again.

They were prompt and courteous. They did the work they said they would, and we thought the prices were reasonable. The work was high-quality and finished on time.

Their well service was good. I didn't have any problems with them. The service went pretty quick.

They charged us $70 for 5 minutes of work and the next time they charged $220 for 30 minutes of work. They charge about $400 an hour to do work. We were not happy with those guys. We wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They do good work but they charge too much money. They fixed it but they charged too much money. The quality of work was good. We would not use them again.

Excellent service and very professional. I thought the price was a little high but since the repairs carry a two year guarantee I am satisfied the serve was worth the money.

They are probably the biggest company in the area. I spoke with a couple of their representatives at a trade show and at another show a couple of months ago, and I found it to be a little more comfortable with them post finding other ones. I like that they give you a straight forward upfront price before they start the work and so you know it's not going to go over that. I think their pricing is a little high but they guarantee their work. I think they give a one year warranty on all the work. I'm willing to pay a little bit more to get quality work and they're still going to be in business for a year. So I'm willing to pay a little bit more for that. That's about it. They cleaned up after themselves. I will use their services again in the future.

They came out within about 15 minutes and are really good. I have never had a problem with them and they have done other work for me in the past. If I can't fix it myself I call them for plumbing and will continue to use them.

The Hiller Plumber looked at the job and gave an estimated based on a company book of basic charges. Although Hiller Plumbing was the most professional, the higher cost seemed too high in my opinion.
