They did an awesome job. They did really really good. The tankless water heater is the greatest because we have three people taking showers in the different bathrooms at the same time. And then on top of that, you can run the dishwasher and do the laundry. We never run out of hot water ever. If you want to stay in your shower forever, you can. What they did was we had a water heater in the closet in our garage and they removed it from the closet and now the water heater is on the outside of the house and it is right where all the other electrical boxes are. We have an upstairs so we had a two-system unit put in. We have used them for years for other things like plumbing, heating and just if we needed anything.

We had been using the system on borrowed time - it was installed when the home was built (over 20 years ago). Hiller had serviced the unit several times, each time giving us the courtesy heads-up that it was at/nearing end of life. Before the system failed completely, we gathered three quotes (including Hiller). Hiller beat the other quotes by hundreds of dollars with a quality unit - and including the duct cleaning. We decided on Hiller on Monday evening. I called Hiller Tuesday afternoon and started the process. When I asked about scheduling, they blew me away by saying they could do it the next day. They committed to be there by 9:00 AM on Wednesday morning; the first crew was there by 8:45 AM. The first crew removed the old unit and performed the duct cleaning. They were very courteous and professional the entire visit. Before they left, the second crew arrived with the new unit and did a hand-off - very smooth transition. The install of the new unit (including replacing the electrical box, re-routing gas line) was complete in about an hour. When the second crew - again, very courteous and professional - our house was cooling in ways I had only hoped for. About 30 minutes after they left, I noticed that they had installed a standard (non-programmable) digital thermostat to replace the old one. We had negotiated up front for a programmable stat so that we could have schedules to run during the work/school week. I call their number, identified who I was and what the situation was. There was no hesitation, no "are you sure that what you asked for?" kind of thing - they simply said that they must have had a mis-communication internally, apologized and promised someone would be back to my house in 30 minutes. It was 20 minutes after I hung up that the tech showed up, apologized and replaced the stat. Too easy. The company has great standards, great people, and great processes that they seem to follow consistently.

They come out 3 times a year for me because I'm signed on a $100 membership.

They do very good work. I have used them for two different jobs. The water heater was installed quickly and works great. There was a gas leak after it was installed but they came and repaired it within one hour. I am very happy with their work and will use them again, but they are very expensive.

Hiller showed up on time as usual was very professional cleaned up their mess and of course fixed our original problem of our bedroom not getting enough cold air. I would HIGHLY recommend this company because they do what they say they are going to do and that is to make the customer happy!

Patrick O'Brien and Benjamin (whose last name I didn't catch), came today to install a new water heater for us. When they discovered that our current heater was not up to code, and they would not be able to install the new one without some major brick work, possibly moving gas lines and all of the work that would entail. I was still hesitant given the amount of money involved but Patrick gave us a significant discount and more importantly membership in the Happy Hiller club. (I've been wanting to do that since we bought the house.) He gave us a great price and both he and Ben stayed until 7 to get the work done and clean up. They did a great job and were very courteous. You have definitely made my wife Melanie and I, customers for life.

Our outdoor faucet was leaking and unbolted and needed repair. We had used Hiller in the past for small jobs and called them for an estimate. The work was very quick and the serviceman was mostly concerned with trying to sell membership to their Happy Hiller Club. They are very responsive to calls though, so if you need service in a hurry you'll most likely get it. Also everyone we spoke to was friendly and courteous, but we have since started using a different plumber because their prices are more reasonable.

Personnel working for Hiller are very friendly. I still question their prices and feel they are upscale. Probably could get a better price if took the time to shop around, but most companies take longer to come out and provide services. Had Hiller out for annual inspection as a warranty agreement. At the time it was determined that the pad under the air conditioner was too low.. Tech scheduled for a replacement pad to be installed for free. About three days later the crew came out to install the pad. To do this they had to disconnect from the duct work to raise the conditioner. When this was done it was discovered the U/V light was deteriorating my duct work. To Hiller good they did all the replacements and fix the ducts for no charge. I did not want the U/V light reinstalled as I was afraid it would do this again. Hiller took the light back and reimbursed me. I am very please for the personnel who work for Hiller and management. Like I said they are a little pricey but it just shows you get what you pay for. Hiller has proven to me they stand behind what they sell and do quality work.

I was very disappointed with the service. They had two workmen come out, a plumbing and a HVAC guy. Both of them looked at my equipment and told me that my plumbing was ready to fail and that my heating was ready to fail at any moment. They weren't terribly professional and they were sort of sneering at the fact that all of my stuff was so old. It didn't really please me. I came home and they had disassembled part of my water heater prior to my getting there. My wife was home and I came home to find some pieces of my water heater setting outside of the garage as a demonstration showing the broken parts and new parts. I communicated that with their main office and told them how the guys were perceived and how they managed themselves. They did a great job of saying they were sorry and that was not what they were trying to do. They sent another crew out and said that my house wasn't going to fall apart at any moment. They were very gracious about coming back and trying to fix the problem. However I still have a question mark if that is their mode of operation. They were quite expensive. They were very responsive.

I signed up for the Happy Hiller Club when I bought my house and paid each year. The plumber came and the heating/cooling came. Last summer I had trouble with my air conditioner. I called Hiller and they said it would be a few days before they could come. It was very hot so I called another company. When they checked the air conditioner they noted that it looked like it had not been serviced in a long time. The coils were dirty and such. Cost me almost $200 to fix. I called Hiller to ask them about it and the person I spoke to told me that they did not understand why no one had been out to service my air conditioner for over a year. That surprised me. I paid for them to do the routine care and maintenance. I asked that they pay for the service visit. A couple of days later a and quot;supervisorand quot; called me and blamed ME for not making sure they made regular visits. He told me it was my responsibility to make sure they came and worked on the system. At that point, I canceled my service and demanded a refund for my payment of services they never rendered. I will never use them again. Never, ever, ever.

The service was fast. The gentleman came in and fixed my washing machine, in no time and he left. The price was $150.00 for 15 min job, but that's what they get paid to do, so I can't complain too much.

The guy that we talk to, his name was Chuck. He was amazing. He was very prompt and very clean. He was very nice and the prices were reasonable. He was very professional.

Called plumber to schedule $99 dollar drain cleaning, I was charged ans extra 48.99 for what they term and quot;diagnosticand quot; which is also the termed used for the plumber coming to your house. I will never use this company again. They cleared the drain, I did not get the free snap shot which was listed on the coupon.

The experience with Hiller Plumbing Heating and Cooling went well. They did a very good job. I would use them again in future.

Hiller provided us with the worst and most horrible service EVER!!!! We have lived in many states and this is by far the worst company ever that we have encountered! We signed up as members when we had a plumber at our home to perform maintenance on the backflow. As new members, we were offered a free inspection on our heating and cooling systems and the plumbing in our entire home. We scheduled an appointment for the Hiller staff to perform the inspections. Plus, we were having some minor problems with the upstairs unit not cooling as normal. Not only did the employees that did the inspections lie to us, but also one of them broke two of the toilets while doing the inspection! We were told the following: that we needed new capacitors for the units (thus, the reason the upstairs unit wasn’t completely cooling as normal), the compressor was cracked and that it would push carbon monoxide back into our home when in use, one toilet was cracked, that we needed a new water heater and much more. They each gave us 3 options and prices for the plumbing and heating and cooling. The prices ranged from $700-10,000. They were also highly encouraging us to purchase a new water heater and new AC unit. Are these appliances old? Yes; however, they still work! Two of the four toilets do not flush properly now! Ever heard of the old adage, and quot;If it's not broken don't fix itand quot;? Well, we have, and believe in the old saying. By the way, since their visit, we've had another heating and cooling service provider at our home, to get a second opinion. The compressor IS NOT CRACKED and the capacitors ARE NOT A PROBLEM! He had to hook the heater back up since the Hiller employee disconnected it! The one upstairs unit was a little low on Freon and has been fixed for a small price of $60. My husband and I will never use Hiller again for any services! As a former Marketing Director, I know that the best advertisement for a company is and quot;word of mouthand quot;. Trust us; our mouths will be persuading friends and neighbors to be aware of this company and its crooked ways!

As i said they are very punctual; the technician called 30 minutes out and arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment. The particular service performed was a heating inspection, and thankfully everything was in good order.

Everything went as planned. I called for appointment yesterday. John arrived as scheduled at about 8:00 am. Office called that he was on his way. He arrived, discussed scope of work and price, completed work, and cleaned up before he left.

Very well. They even checked with me to get the appointment scheduled for the city code inspector. Always punctual and call before coming out. They are pricey but their work in done well and is backed up by warranties and have also been around a long time.

They came when asked. They charged what they quoted and they guaranteed their work. I'm happy.

They got the job done quickly. The service men were very professional, polite and once they investigated the leak they discussed everything with me before they actually did the work. Which I really appreciated. I would definately call them again if needed.

It didn't matter what time they came, the price was still the same. They are 24 hours. They have upfront pricing. They were friendly and helpful. The pricing was fair.

We had a warranty with them to fix it. They were quick and the technician explained everything.
