Responded to our call promptly. Scheduled the service for later that same day. Called shortly before arriving to confirm. Workers were professional and pleasant. Brought with them all the tools and materials needed to complete the job. Materials were $25, labor $85. (Seemed a little high to me, but I have not had plumbing repairs in a quite a while so may not be.) Readily accepted the $10 coupon. We will likely call them again next time we need a plumber.

I called the company one day and they responded early the next morning. Other companies said it would be several days to do the repair. The two men that arrived were very competent and well mannered. The job was completed quickly. I do not remember the exact price, but I thought it very reasonable. I would certainly call this company first for all future work.

Great and even gave us an estimate on changing out our toilets.

They called me back right away and came out within an 2 hours of calling. They came out and investigated, explained everything that was going on, told us what it could be, and even explained how to deal with the water company to show that we had a valid problem. I have a young daughter at home who likes to be in the middle of everything and he was overly nice to her and explained to her what he was doing. Very nice, professional, and affordable. We will be using them again!

Jeff Coleman fixed all of the problems and we were extremely happy with the results. We didn't mention the drain pipe needing to be replaced until he was here. He was able to fix that for us too. He was running a tad bit late and called to tell us he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. One of the things that I also liked is that I didn't have to clean after he left! Will definitely call on them again.

As a military spouse, whose husband is away more than he is home, I dread when something in the house "goes wrong". I feel as though so many try to take advantage of females and when they find out you are military, they really try to take advantage. I called Mr. Alford on Sunday due to an issue with my water heater as it was not working/my circuit breaker kept tripping. I won't make this long but I do want to say that Mr. Alford definitely went above and beyond in taking care of my water heater. My husband was very grateful to hear that I had an extremely positive experience- not only do I dread when issues arise but so does my spouse, especially when they are on the other side of the world and unable to help. I immediately started relaying my experience to co-workers and friends, every single one of them has been extremely impressed with the service I received from Mr. Alford and immediately wanted his information for future reference. I cannot recommend Alford Plumbing enough!

Got 2 estimates - Alford was much better in price. Called Hiller Plumbing first and their estimate was very high. Do not get work done without calling Alford for an estimate. You could end up paying twice or MORE than what you should.

They arrived on time finished as promised and brought in the inspector to close the permit. Everything was clean and professional.

I called around 10 am and they were there to do the repair by 12:30 and gone by 1:30pm. Both technicians were neat professional and courteous.

I would give them a "A" for each category in your evaluation. Since we've used them several times, the price varied but it certainly was a fair price. I would definitely hire them for future work. I would definitely hire them for future work.

The main thing about him is that I found him after several other estimates. He was the only one that said I didn't need to replace that right now. He was very honest and was just trying to do what was best for me. Not completely concerned with the bottom dollar.
