Super! I can't say enough about how good this company is, they are fair in price, and never over charge, they are always on time, and clean up after themselves. My husband and I both appreciate the service we get from them. We have told other friends and family members about them.

Timely and very friendly and professional.

Jeff came out and told us what the problem was and that is was an easy fix. He was courteous and professional. He was patient with our dogs and was careful when moving around them. The workers were very professional and the installation was expedient and clean. The workers were neat and quick too without sacrificing quality and skill. Crawling under the house, to install the venting and new gas line, they wore full body jumpsuits and when they were required to come back into the house, they shed the dirty jumpsuits and put clean covers over their shoes to keep the floor as clean as an in- and- out job could be. Excellent respect for the property and care for their work.

I must say this is a great business. We had originally called one the bigger 24/7 guys that is also here on Angies list thinking that that would be able to get to us sooner....with 3 kids a toilet back up is a full on crisis. However, the "big guys" couldn't get here until TOMORROW afternoon. That is a toilet death sentence! I called Alford next since they had such great reviews, they were over in 20 minutes from my call, they were courteous, quick, and I couldn't be happier. And they didn't mind at all when I used my angies list coupon to help with the bill and they let me know that they fully warranty the work in case the problem returned. I could not be happier with their service and from now on these are my go to guys.

They came out and inspection was done. Price was affordable. We would use them in the future.

We called early Friday afternoon, AND their service man was here within a couple of hours, AND he replaced the garage disposal by 4:30 p.m. Now THAT is service -- excellent service! The replacement unit was identical to the old one, and the price charged was LESS than what we had paid 8 years earlier at Lowe's. Jeff C. has been our plumber for many years, dating back to his previous employer. We've always found him to be not just courteous but pleasant. He was always knowledgeable, and his added experience has made him even more so! Alford's is fortunate to have him, as well as their other service people who have helped us.

Temperature in the teens and a dripping spigot had turned into a steady stream. Called Alford's early in the morning and Jeff was at our home that evening. Relatively small job, but urgent that it get done. Jeff very professional, explained the cost in advance. I give Alford very high marks for responsiveness. We will call for all of our plumbing needs.

They gave me a quote. Did the work quickly and sent me an invoice. They did a great job.

Fantastic!! I wish I had known about him 10 years ago. I will always call Danny Alford. He and his employees are kind, wonderful, pleasant, and just down right wonderful. From the moment he drove in the yard, until the moment he left, I was so pleased with his work. He showed me everything he was going to do, and why he needed to do it. He was fast, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. I have had other plumbers in the past, but, Danny Alford will always be the one I call first from now on. Just an all around great plumber and great person.

.HAD A HIGH WATER BILL CALLED ALFORD PLUMBING BECAUSE I HAD USED THEM BEFORE AND WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. I TOLD JEFF WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS AND HE IMMEDIATELY FIGURED OUT WHAT I NEEDED DONE HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR. JEFF WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN

Jeff arrived at my home at the agreed time and met my wife. He told her that I had done a good job in installing my garbage disposal but made one mistake. I installed the gaskets backwards (no instructions). He also replace a component that was questionable in its condition. Jeff made my wife comfortable with his demeanor... Which is a plus.

Could not have gone better. Got the job done right and in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again. Would definitely recommend them.

Lowest price, but highest customer service. Technicians Ryley and Victor were professional, friendly, and had patience with my numerous questions. Ryley found a problem with the pipe connection and fixed it without charging extra. I found a gem of a company and I will recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

I called in the mid morning, they had it done by lunch. Everything was repaired professionally as expected.

Overall we are very disappointed with Angie's List and we are cancelling. No one qualified or what we need within a reasonable distance to where we live.

The staff is neat and clean and generally punctual. They are extremely responsive and worked with me since I had many balls in the air during a serious renovation. We had a disagreement when Danny told me what size tub to buy, but it seems that he didn't measure closely enough because the tub didn't fit by around an inch. Initially, they sent me an invoice expecting me to pay for the unsuccessful attempt to install the tub, but after I spoke with Danny, he removed that charge. Unfortunately, while I got work done on the walls to make the tub fit, and had many workers (electricians, drywalls specialists, etc.), the staff left the tub outside of its box where it got a minor crack and one piece broke when the tub came off the bricks. They fixed everything with no problem. I thought the short visits were a bit pricy, but I was dealing with so many workers that I kept with them and I'm glad I did. When the toilet installation needed adjustment, they were prompt in addressing the issue. Their work is good and I recommend them.
