They fixed the leak and also pointed out some additional things that needed to be done that was outside there line of work, I was very pleased with the service they was right on time courtous and performed the work in a timely manner and did a very complete clean up when they finished. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs with no hesitation!

Description of Work: Completed upgrades to four bathrooms and installed a tankless water heater system. Danny and his team were exceptionally professional, respectful of our home and our time. We have found our permanent plumber. Great team did a great job!

Description of Work: The technician was Micah and he was very pleasant, and he kept me informed about his approximate time of arrival. I had problems with my toilet on the weekend and my regular plumber was not available. I knew the price with would be high, but I just wanted it to be fixed right away. When he came he just flushed the toilet and it worked. I just started laughing, because I was afraid to flush it. I did not want that mess on the bathroom floor. Then, Micah doubled check the toilet, cabled it to make sure everything was fine. Then I told him that the toilet was too loud from the last repairman, he then told me that with the old toilets, they do get loud. I thought that since it was a Saturday, he may be a bit grumpy, but he was surprisingly very pleasant and spoke about his new baby. I paid by check.

Description of Work: Installed water line and connected Ice Machine. Alford was outstanding in setting up a time that was best for me. They called before coming out and arrived when they said they would. The tech was professional, and friendly. He was well dressed and respectful of my house. He listened and installation took less than an hour. All products used were top quality and he didnt cut corners. I would highly recommend them should you ever need work done simply based on this service call.

Description of Work: I called and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday on a Monday. Wednesday came and went, so about 4:00 I called and was told the appointment was for a week from Wednesday. Okay, I can wait. I did. I got a call the following Thursday asking me if I still need to have them come to my home. I said no, obviously. I would not recommend this company nor will I ever use them again.
