Fantastic service! Arrived when they said, called ahead, service tech Ben Heyward met me with a smile and his business card, very neat, very professional. I've used Action on numerous occasions they installed my unit and have always stood behind their warranty! I wish more service businesses would use them as a model!!! Today's cost could have been several hundred dollars if they had not honored their warranty, which they did. I simply paid for my normal servicing.

Every homeowners worst fear, the heater dies in the middle of winter. We have/had a package unit which includes both AC and Heat. Action Air did a great job of installing the unit. Their follow-up was fantastic. While, they are not the cheapest price, they are the best value. They do quality work, and I would recommend them.

I called for a spring service to my heating and cooling system and had concerns for some noise that i heard. From the first phone call to completion of the service I was extremely pleased by the courtesy and professionalism of the receptionist and especially by Ben the technician that did the work. There was a brief misunderstanding about the initial service cost that may have been my fault or theirs, not really sure, but they honored the lowest price without any argument. I was very pleased by the evaluation of the heating system and especially by the identification of installation errors that were made 20 years ago and had been overlooked by other HVAC people and the inspector that looked at the home prior to our purchase. Primarily a and quot;riggedand quot; breaker box next to the outdoor unit that was a safety hazard. All recommended repairs were presented in a very clear manner without making me feel pressured. Prices for everything were stated clearly and in advance. I have had other companies in my home that made me feel as though my 20 year old heating system was ready to burst into flame and cause the immediate death of my family. Action Air was so very helpful and informative and I never felt pressured and was pleased to learn that my heating system is still sound and should give several more years of service to whoever buys my home. I have extremely high standards for customer service and Action Air met or exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Company provided Estimate, but failed to honor it after install, indicating price was based on their financing and wanted to charge higher price based on TVA financing. This was not noted on contract. After some uncomfortable debate, company agreed to provide savings of $250.00 as promised, but then made check payable to homeowner (out-of-state), knowing that I would be responsible for repayment via CDE electrical bill. The entire experience was embarrassing and inconvenient, especially since I only selected this company based on total price quoted on estimate, which reflected savings.

They were pretty good, prompt and polite. They got the job done without any complications and their pricing was fair.

Great job. Very punctual from the salesperson to the installer. Offered multiple price options and assisted with financing. The service was very fast, completed in one day. A bit pricey, but all HVAC companies are.

Action Air is without a doubt the best Heating and Air Conditioning Company in Montgomery County, TN. Their staff is very professional, thorough, and prompt. I have used them for service calls in addition to the semi-annual checks and cleaning. This last system check was top notch. The gentleman was prompt and very polite. We have 4 HVAC units that are zoned throughout the house. He checked all of the handlers and coils in the house then the outside units. He topped off the freon then thoroughly cleaned all 4 HVAC units. Considering the amount of time and labor involved to complete everything, I think the price for the inspection and service was outstanding. I originally found them on Angie's list a couple of years ago.

They are quick to get out to my home, I trust their advice, and they have great ratings on Angie's List. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and I would highly recommend them.

We called and they were at the rental property within 30 minutes. They provided an estimate and we told them to fix the unit.

They have honered the warranty and they show up when they say they will. Their employees are courteous and well trained.

Central Air Conditioning stopped working during the peak of summer heat. I called Action Air Conditioning at Kraft St. for two reasons: 1. They are an Authorized Air Conditioning Repair Company for the brand of Central A/C Installed by the builder of my 2 yr old house. 2. There were other positive reviews on Angie's List. The Action Air Service Technician called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. There are several reasons why I would recommend Action Air: - The repairs were started on-time during a very busy work week due a peak high heat period. - A major part failed but the technician made temporary repairs so we would not be without air conditioing. - The company was honest that the part was under the manufacturers warranty. The Manufacturer's Warranty covered Parts but not labor. This was confirmed by the manufacturer. - The part was ordered from the manufacturer on a priority basis. - The Technician returned again on-time to install the new part a few days later. - The Technician answered all my questions and offered tips to keep the unit in good working condition. - The Technician cleaned the unit and checked the complete operation including thermostat temperature accuracy. - The work was not rushed or done hastily eventhough The Technician was working long hours to keep up with all the service calls the company received. Major dissasembly was also necessary to remove the bad part and reconnect the new part assembly. - The labor charge was fair considering the amount of hours necessary to complete temporary and final repairs. which also included reclaiming and adding additional freon refrigerant. Thanks to Technician Robert and other staff I spoke with, I have alot of confidence in the integrity of Action Air Conditioning.

our unit died, I called them. they came right out and gave me an estimate the same day. They installed my new unit two days later (the first day I was available) in one afternoon. They were very punctual, and called me every step of the ordering/ delivery process. They have also made 2 follow up calls th check on our unit.

Action Air representative was very prompt and friendly. Provided a timely quote on a new air conditioning system and new duct work. Several other companies I called did not even take the time to visually evaluate our duct condition and amount of duct work required. The Action Air sales representative definitely was more responsive than the other sales reps I met with. Our system was 24 years old, but still operating so this was not an emergency. Once I decided on Action Air the sales representative and I scheduled the installation and all was accomplished in two days. The service technicians were very efficient and did not waste any time. I was very surprised they could install a new system and replace all of the duct work in two days. I was really impressed with Action Air from start to finish. The afternoon the job was completed a manager stopped by to inspect the unit installation and duct work. Overall, I was very impressed with Action Air during all phases of this purchase and installation. I would definitely recommend Action Air to friends and relatives.

House not cool; system frozen up, they came out on 5/22/11 found the system low of R-22 and found the evaporator coil to be leaking. They researched and found our coil under warranty. Husband feels they went above and beyond to help with the warranty issue. Once they received the new coil, they came out and replaced doing the work described above. Yes we will use Action Air for all our heating and cooling needs!

Overall, Action Air is a very good service company and they do good minor repair work. I like their company very much and will use them again, but only for minor stuff, not new system installation.

No matter what the case has been in the last couple of years, they have always exceeded my needs. I call on them, whenever I need them, and can highly recommend them.

Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this company and their employees. I believe the gentleman who came to our house to perform the service and repair was named Michael. Very courteous and professional. I can honestly recommend them to friends and family or anyone else who needs a reliable and honest HVAC company.

They were good. You always feel like you pay too much when they come out and look at it.

I like their service. They stand behind what they tell you. I would have to say they are pretty good price-wise because, I think we had shopped around and their price for the equipment that you get was the best. The units haven't broken down. They come when you call them, and they are on time. They tell you something, they stand by it and they do it.

I used them because my son knew a guy who worked there. They did great and I will use them again in the future.

We were very happy with Action Air. Their evaluation and estimate process was very professional. They did the job quickly and very well. After the unit was installed, there was some water leakage and they responded immediately and fixed the problem free of charge. We had a free checkup a year later, which they reminded us about. We will definitely use them again.

They found a loophole in the warrantee and saved us a few hundred dollars in parts. It has been running fine for the past a couple years. They were very easy to work with and professional and on time. There weren't hidden costs ever.

Good quality unit. Very satisfied. The individual who came and provided the estimate, Walter, listened to us and responded well to what we wanted and how we wanted it done. He came with the crew to get them started and gave them all the appropriate insructions. We did not have to intervene to make sure it was being done as we had requested. He also returned later to inspect the system and make sure we were satisfied. They did have to return to make some adjustments to equalize temp throughout house, but did so promptly. Presume cost would have been better if they participated in manufacturer's rebate program, but did not. Did help ensure we bought a unit that met criteria for tax credit and provided necessary documentation.

Very responsive--emergency response on New years day weekend diagnosed the problem and scheduled work for the first work day of the new year. Kept me well informed about the process and cost. Quality service and products installed.
